No lamp in the bunk bed room - it was only the main light. Lamp would have been helpful for child getting in and out of bunkbed at night without disturbing the child in lower bunk.

WiFi was good, room was modern enough and has windows that can open. Owen and Margaret are so welcoming and nothing beats waking up to a full English every morning. This type of hospitality is slowly fading so I’m really glad I got to spend time here with such great hosts. I will definitely be back.

Excellent location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Nice breakfast in the morning, including lovely fresh fruit. Parking is limited and luck of the draw, but this was highlighted in advance, and we just parked in the manor car park, which is a 4 minute walk away.

Breakfast was excellent. Apart from the buffet that had all the essentials, you could order one of the establisments choices. One of them was the English Breakfast that was very nice and filling.

We found that Owen and Margaret could not do enough for anyone, always on hand, pleasant polite , fabulous breakfast, same for Natalia she would make sure your breakfast was right, everyday ask if we need anything or want anything doing with our room. The little touches of sweets at reception. Also the girl who helped me retrieve my towel which fell out the window amazing to go above and beyond. Breakfast was a great choice , hot and fresh, bowl of fruit too 😋. Lots to choose from . Our room was on the smaller size but Owen did inform us, we didn't mind at all and actually it was a nice size for the 2 of us , clean, fresh. Decor lovely too. Bar was lovely and very reasonable on price too , loved to have gone a few times but we met family every night but on our return in the future we will have a few more in the bar . Parking is enough space for around 4 cars , we parked on manor Rd car park literally 5 min walk and cost only £26.50 for a week , bargain pay at the carpark

OYO bed and breakfast is perfectly located overlooking a small park with views out across the sea. It was very relaxing, and I slept well even during the busier July/August - The only noise at night were the waves from the sea, and occasional seagulls. I'd like to set a really big thanks to Margaret, her husband, and all the staff there who made our stay memorable and enjoyable. The breakfast was really good, although I did start a bit too late for us. This is not surprising given it is a B&B. We stayed in the Seaview room. Our room had wonderful comfortable carpet, a comfortable bed, a good shower with always on hot water, and mini fridge, a kettle and some tea/coffee. TV worked with usual DVB-T channels and builtin Netflix/Amazon ( bring your own credentials to sign-in).
