Breakfast was great and had lots of choices. It was just as requested. It was great also to be able to park at the hotel.

Perfectly located for the beach, pier and the Great Orme, with the High Street only a couple of minutes walk away. Booked a Deluxe King Room for a two day break at Min y Don, which had excellent views and facilities. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was made to order and plentiful. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay there again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful, modern, clean bedroom. Excellent breakfast. Great location overlooking the funfair and close to bars, restaurants and shops. Free parking usually available.

The owners were absolutely lovely and did everything to take care of us. The dogs on site were so adorable. The room was very spacious and lovely everything was perfect.

From arriving at the hotel until we left, everything was perfect. Teresa and Rain are amazingly kind and caring hosts. The breakfasts were delicious, cooked to order at a time to suit us.

Lovely airy room with fantastic view. Modern look and comfy bed. Great to have a fridge in the room and we also had a large fan as the weather was very warm. Friendly, welcoming hosts and a really nice breakfast with lots of options.

Sorry for late review but this place is one best places we have ever stopped in. The owners are very lovely couple very welcoming and helpful. The room we had was very spacious we stayed for 2 nights but could easely spend more days in the room. Hopefully be staying again next year

No real issues with the place at all. This is a seafront property, and as such like many a similar place parking can be a problem, However there are private spaces and the hosts will try to accommodate if you give advanced notice and also are able to provide a short stay parking permit for street parking if required. So this really isn't a dislike. It's another compliment!

The hosts were fantastic. The location of this property is perfect for exploring the area, situated in the central hub of Llandudno. Breakfast was perfect, and shouldn't disappoint anyone. Only stayed for one night, but I would recommend the place to anyone visiting the area without a shadow of doubt.!

Excellent value for money. Owners have gone above and beyond to create a luxurious feel to the place. Our room was a suite which had been beautifully done and was very comfortable, spacious and clean. All we can say about breakfast is that is was 5 star.

Nothing could have been nicer.

We stayed 2 nights here on the top floor with 2 huge windows overlooking the bay. The room was luxurious with great bedding, fresh milk provided. Worth noting the road is really quiet at night and early morning, so we could sleep with windows open. Breakfast was huge, quality exceptional. Try the mushrooms!

lovely breakfast, great choice and all presented and cooked fresh with quality ingredients .Poached eggs done to perfection and home made veg. sausages are tasty and lovely texture. There was plenty of everything to suit all . Our room was very clean, bright and well furnished with comfy bed. Sea views. Excellent on suite with shower and plenty of towels including robes and slippers. Easy to use TV. Nice touch having a small fridge with milk and bottled water supplied. The property has interesting history that the owners enjoy sharing as well as loads of local knowledge. I have an interest in paintings and there are lovely examples by local artists throughout this comfy cosy gem. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary here and was a perfect choice for us, so thank you very much Teresa and Rheinallt we will be back.
