The apartment was very good, neat and clean. I felt it is suitable for 2 people only due to the small size. Location was good with amenities nearby, however a bit far from the beaches around 25 minutes walk. Zoya who received us was very friendly and welcoming!

Haven’t had to pay a deposit for a while - but we knew about it in advance as it was clear in the booking instructions and it was refunded immediately on departure, so not a big issue.

Flat was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a short stay to attend a local wedding. Zoya was helpful and efficient.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues that slightly detracted from the overall experience. The shower hose in the bathroom was damaged, which caused water to leak out, reducing the water pressure and making showering less effective than it could have been. This was a minor inconvenience, but addressing it would significantly improve the guest experience. Additionally, our room was located at the front of the building, facing a busy road. The constant noise from traffic was noticeable, particularly at night, and made it difficult to keep the windows open for fresh air. This was especially challenging during our stay, as the weather was warm, and the apartment became quite hot. While the host thoughtfully provided a fan, which offered some relief, it wasn’t entirely sufficient to cool the space adequately. For guests sensitive to noise or heat, this could be a consideration, though it’s worth noting that apartments location’s may appeal to some and out-weight this inconvenience.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that great care had been taken to keep every corner of the space spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the upkeep was truly commendable and set a positive tone for our stay. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials needed for a pleasant and convenient experience. The bedding was fresh, crisp, and comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. A generous supply of soft, clean towels was provided, which added a touch of luxury to the stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery, plates, and a range of basic cooking equipment, making it easy to prepare meals. These small but important touches made the property feel like a home away from home, catering to both short-term and longer stays with ease.

The mold around the shower base. The shower was clean but the mold is very visible and it moves.

The apparent is small but adequate for 2.5 people as advertised. The lady that met with us was pleasant and helpful. Overall the place was very clean.
