There isn't anything much specific to say. Everything was really good. Perhaps, only to mention if the cost had been little less, it would had been much better.

I had been there for almost a week. The overall stay was really good. It was a good experience. It was nearer to the bus stations as well as to the University and city center. The location was really good.

The room and the bathroom got a little hot in the night but that's a very minor complaint.

Close to the center, maybe a 30 minute walk. The room was really big and clean, the same goes for the bathroom. We also received extra tea and coffee every day. The hosts were really nice and let us check-in after check-in time because our flight was delayed.

There was nothing to not like

This property is very well kept and thought of everything Staff were fantastic, nothing was an issue. A pleasure to walk into. Easy access to town, bus stop right across the road, 15 minute trip into Royal Mile There are stairs up to some rooms, but was an easy staircase. Would definitely stay there again.

I didn't like being on the third floor (I had a bad foot) and the room was much smaller than I expected. They did help me get my bag up and down the stairs.

Mayfield Suites was the perfect location. It is in a cute neighborhood and close to attractions (but not too close!). I was also near the best coffee shop-- make sure to visit the Earl Grange Cafe! As a solo traveler I felt safe walking around alone. I paid for an early check-in and a load of laundry. The owners are kind and responsive. They set up an ironing board for me when requested.

Off street parking; owner on site - easy to talk and work with. Around 20 to 25 mins walking from High Street/Royal Mile so a bit far to walk (after we did it. Next time we would get a bus pass; there is a bus stop scross the road). Bathroom was good.

This property is exceptional. The size, cleanliness, location and comfort are 5 star. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating. The road whilst busy during the day is very quiet at night and also means a bus is right outside. I would definitely recommend this property

We weren't expecting a basement room, but it wasn't terrible especially since we booked last minute during a busy time of year. My only complaint is that the mattress/pillows were kind of uncomfortable, there wasn't anything else wrong

The property manager was very nice. Our connecting flight from Heathrow to Edinburgh was canceled. We took the train and arrived after 11:00 p.m. The check-in was friendly, and the stay was good. The bus stop is less than 5 min walk.
