We came to Aberdeen for the Tall Ships Festival. And how surprised we were to find the apartment just steps from the festival! We couldn't have been happier with the location and the apartment. Would stay there again if we return to Aberdeen.

Comfy bed, everything you need, and very central. Even got a late check out free of charge. Really appreciated. Got locked out of apartment, and the staff were super helpful letting me back.

Second time staying here. Fab location close to town center and beach. Street is quiet for being close to the center. Apartment was a good size and is clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice soft pillows. Bedroom had bedside tables.

The only thing we felt was the property was lacking was a full length mirror in smaller apartment. Apart from that no other complaints.

The door locks need some attention as we couldn’t get the secondary lock to work on the apartment door.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Close to the shops and restaurants. The only down side was the other residents that were staying in the building were very selfish and made a lot of noise both nights. Going in and out until the early hours.

Not a complaint but just for awareness of other customers - our apartment was on the top floor (which we loved) however it was only accessible by narrow, steep stairs. Shortly before our stay (and months after booking) one member of our party developed health issues - the stairs were therefore a little bit inconvenient however it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay. Perhaps best to book in advance/contact the property if you have any accessibility issues as they were very accommodating!

Staff were fantastic - very flexible for our late night arrival and very knowledgeable about local parking, etc. Very prompt responses. Location was excellent - basically on the doorstep of the local high street/city centre! Very comfortable & spacious apartment, comfy beds, great kitchen & plenty of little goodies like tea/coffee/cereal, etc.

Considering the fact that we are form a region where in June is a nice and warm weather, the temperature inside was too low for us. Even though the host did the best to ensure us the thermal comfort, I think that this was the maximum performance of the heating system. Anyway, this was the only „inconvenience”, but, as I said, it might be just our perception.

Excellent location: when we arrived in Aberdeen we discovered that the appartment is located very close to almost all the important objectives in the city. The apartment is comfortable and well equiped and spacious enough. Easy contactless check-in. The host was very-very helpful all the time.

Parking was challenging. The spiral staircase was difficult with suitcases. We knew that there was stairs but not that it was spiral. It made it a bit more difficult that the handrail swapped from left to right mid way through the trip. Just be careful when transporting suitcases up and down.

We had a fridge and a washing machine which was great. The location was pretty good and the apartment was clean.

You have to be up & out early to move car due to city centre parking restrictions. Limited luggage/hanging space in flat for 4 guests so fine for a couple of nights but may be a bit cramped for a longer stay.
