Spotlessly clean, very warm welcome, David was a fantastic host with lots of local knowledge. Breakfast was first rate and with enough choices to suit everyone. Will certainly stay here again.

There wasn't anything not to like . Couldn't fault anything.

We loved everything about the place. Dave was an excellent host and he was very knowledgeable about where you can get boats , trains and buses which was very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and had a great choice. The room was spotless and very comfortable. I was very impressed how Dave remembered everyone's name , it felt that bit more personal.

Bathroom was clean (just missed the black mould around the bath taps) apart from that, fault.

Nice B&B good facilities. We had a king room which had a fridge and bath. Nice decor and good comfortable bed. Good lighting in rooms and usb sockets were provided too. Dave was were very knowledgeable and friendly. Good lo action for all the amenities in Torquay.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the guest house. It was cozy, clean, and provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. A real highlight was the delicious breakfast—the vegan breakfast from Dave was absolutely delicious and such a lovely way to start the day. We highly recommend staying here and would happily return!

Lovely 4 night break in this excellent b&b. Fab cooked breakfast, spotless throughout and tasteful decor. Room was a good size and bed was very comfy. Dave was a great host and very attentive with plenty of suggestions on places to go. Highly recommend, thanks Dave!

The room was a good size, and on the ground floor, which was good for me, as I have a mobility problem, room was very clean and the bed was a good firm mattress, very comfortable, Dave was very friendly and was very attentive, couldn't fault the service, would very much recommend this place.
