An absolute gem! We can't wait to return. Fabulous location, absolutely spotless and comfortable pods and great hosts. Even saw the Barn Owl take off every evening to hunt. This place really made our fews days at the seaside special, so much so we booked an extra night!

Absolutely nothing- we will definitely be returning.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The pods are well slaced out and have everything you would need for a glamping holiday. The beds are super comfy and the luxury of having an attached shower and toilet really made it. The enclosed outdoor area was a real hit for us with a toddler. Honestly, the biggest plus for me was just how clean and immaculate the place was. It felt like it had never even been used before! I'm one who usually takes disposable bedding with me to Hotels and I didn't even get it out here. The pod was so cute and all the extra details were really well thought out.

So pleased with everything.

Oh Rachel and Dom gave a fantastic welcome and could not do enough for us. Fabulous set up, coffee/tea facilities in the room, plenty fresh milk supplied. Breakfast was the best ever, very tasty and plenty to eat. Location was very convenient for everything. Room was so very clean and everything to hand, lots of personal touches. Abundant information on what to do/where was local. Would certainly go again, great value for money and you are well looked after, they do a fantastic job, very impressed.

Nothing really!!!

The Breakfast and choice was brilliant and we really enjoyed our stay with Rachel & Dom, the Farm is in a beautiful location especially as it is not too near the main road. The room that we had had lovely views across the local countryside which was nice and the room was of a very good size with en-suite and all the requirements of a Hotel based stay, so we really loved our four day stay at Manor Farm.

The pod was so peaceful apart from the birds and the sheep having a wee chat with other Fabulous doggie friendly beach a short car drive for our furbaby Blu. The beach was stunning & hardly anyone else on it

Lovely decor in the pods, friendly hosts, easy access into Sutton on foot or bike for those who are weary of driving. All facilities as described and beats a hotel room any day of the week. Nearby secluded beaches south of Sutton. Lovely home baked biscuits left for guests. Thank you.

Really lovely glamping pods on a lovely quite farm . Nice walk into Sutton on sea only 10 minutes or so . We stopped 2 nights in the chicken pod with our dogs very relaxing will definitely be back . Thank you for the homemade biscuits they were delicious! 🙂.xxx

We stayed for two nights with our 5yr and 14 year old grandaughters. Rachel was lovely, really helpful about child friendly and interesting activities nearby. We recieved a lovely message in the morning invoting our grandaughters to feed the lambs then to meet and stroke the cows , they loved it The pods are clean comfortable with all you need , fresh milk and homemade biscuits were a bonus. The pods are in a beautiful peaceful setting. We will definately be returning 😊

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a large comfy bed, good quality linen and fluffy towels. Rachel had provided nice little touches, like Christmas chocolates. Breakfast was served with home made bread which was tasty.

The rooms are warm, cosy and well equipped. The location is quiet and relaxing with stunning views of the farm and countryside. The breakfast was amazing with all dietary needs catered for, great selection and qauity produce,. The homemade cookies were a real treat! Thank you to the lovely hosts who made our stay wonderful, we didn't want to leave!

There was nothing to dislike. Lovely setting, lovely people. Best place I've stayed for a long time and have experienced many hotels B&B's etc.

The room was lovely. everything in it you needed .A really peaceful place.Many different beaches and places to visit on hand . and the breakfast and attentive service was exceptional, fresh local produce and eggs fresh the same day . We will definitely be staying again. Ànd nice dog friendly too !!!
