Fantastic location near to Princes Street. Staff were very helpful providing advice and discount codes for local secure parking. Clear instructions on access and location. Apartment had everything we could need for our stay.

The apartment is listed as a 1 bedroom, but it's really a studio when an alcove for bed and a sliding door. That's not the same. Otherwise, it's very good. Lots of space, has a new feel, clean. It's on a ground floor with windows facing the street, but the street is quiet, even during the festival; we did not hear any noise. Expensive for what you get, but probably only because of the annual festival.

Super easy check in -- they tell you the code that works for the entry and the apartment.

The beds were not super comfortable. Door stops would be helpful. Had an issue with the clothes washer, but it was quickly resolved. Instructions should be provided for future guests.

The apartment was clean, with a well equipped kitchen. It was quite spacious. Inquiries were responded to quickly.

The basin was blocked, had to ask them to come to fix.

There were two streets have similar names. One is canning street, the other one is canning street lane. We got confused and went to the wrong building. Took really long time to get to the correct address and entered in the room.

We loved everything about the apartment. Property was clean, well presented with loads of natural light. We could sit at the kitchen table and watch all the action happening outside. Apartment was close to everything. Was absolutely perfect for our stay.

The beds could use a topper. You can feel the springs. The door could not be locked from the inside, that felt a little bit weird, even if you only could unlock the door with the code from the outside.

Even though the apartment is easy to access, it is still a bit out of the way.

The apartment was very clean and matched the description. The directions for accessing it were very clear. The apartment was spacious and well laid out.

We had problems getting into the apartment and there was a delay in getting through to the emergency line which was stressful. However, this aside we had good communication with the company for the rest of our stay.

The price seemed a little high. I booked it because it was close to a friend, so that was great, but I’m not sure I’d pay that amount again. We couldn’t find a book that told us how to use the washer, etc. a welcome manual would go far. Maybe add some ear plugs. The street noise went pretty late.
