Dead quiet, very clean, with excellent facilities - everything you need to travel light. Lots of refreshments and lovely biscuits. Mark was polite and friendly. Amazing value. Highly recommended.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in, in Blackpool! First of all we were staying in a different hotel the night before and I received a text to say our room was ready at 10am!!! We were greeted by Mark the host who was absolutely wonderful! The room was a great size and spotless, had a full sized fridge/freezer plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits which were replenished daily! The bathroom and shower was great. In the little cubby above the sink was face wipes, cotton buds and even tampons which is above and beyond in my opinion. The beds were super comfy and there were no disturbances during the night. The location is quiet but super close to south pier and pleasure beach.

Very very clean and was cleaned everyday we stayed there, quiet street and only a few minutes walk to the south pier pleasure Beach etc, mark the host was fantastic very chatty and made you feel very welcome, this is my second stay here now and would one hundred per cent come back and stay here again

There was nothing I didn't like.

Mark was very friendly and check in was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable and had a fridge, iron and ironing board. He even thought of things like a little pot of washing powder, sanitary products, cotton wool and buds as well as face wipes. The room was replenished with tea, coffee, biscuits etc everyday. I highly recommend staying here.

There was not anything I didn’t like.

My family had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Lynmoore guest house. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a great deal of care and pride goes into maintaining the property. The entire space was exceptionally clean and tidy, with everything in perfect order. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the Pleasure Beach, with easy access to other local attractions. The bedding was fresh and immaculately presented, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. All the furnishings—from the lamps to the curtains—looked brand new and thoughtfully chosen, creating a welcoming and modern atmosphere. It’s the small details that really set this place apart. The bathroom was stocked with high-quality shower gel and there was even a little box which stocked cotton buds and pads, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. These extras show just how much thought has gone into making guests feel at home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Mark, who was warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about providing an excellent experience. His commitment to high standards truly shines through in every aspect of the stay. We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for place to stay

Mark so super lovely and helpful on information of the local buses and trains for us. The room was probably one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The bed was comfy and shower pressure great. Location was perfect for us getting the train from South Blackpool Station.

Great location close to the pleasure beach. Room was clean & tidy. Fresh clean full size bath sheets & fresh comfortable bedding and bed. Also had two full size pillows unlike most other places I’ve stayed at.

I had a wonderful pleasant stay in March for a trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. When there was a problem with the key to my room being missing, Mark dropped everything to return to the guest house and make sure I could access my room. As a young solo female traveller I sometimes feel nervous travelling to a new place but at Lynmoore Guest House I felt completely safe and welcome. He was kind, engaging and helped me whenever I needed, as well as telling me about the area and even letting me store my backpack securely on my final day after checking out. The single room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee and hot water in the shower. Other guests were quiet and courteous and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you Mark, will be happy to return!
