The extractor fan light wasn't working, as weren't some of the spotlights. Didn't affect just. The main bathroom could have some TLC.

The house was beautiful. Bigger than expected, views are stunning. Great location, rebooked for next year!

White bath towels were stained/marked with a not so pleasing colour. Cusiom covers were stained/marked. I chose not to photograph this as it's a minor issue that just needs a bit more attention.

Great location. Great space. Great garden/patio area. It's really spacious. Provides a lot of china, cutlery, and glassware. Super comfy beds and above average bathrooms/toilet facilities. A lot of effort has gone into the decor. Amazing views! Lots of space for 2-3 cars. You get so much for the price!

Needs a little bit of care. The en-suite had no shower door and the shower to the main bathroom was coming away from the wall and not secure on the fixings at all.

The only slight issue was the noise from the renters upstairs extremely early in the morning. The hosts were nice and responsive, addressing this with the renters. Regardless, fully recommend this place and would come back anytime.

To our huge surprise, during our stay, the owner came to clean the patio and the windows. A very nice guy, but really shouldn't be there without giving notice.

A beautiful, spacious holiday house, in a fantastic location and with stunning views! The house is nicely decorated throughout, featuring local art. We loved eating breakfast on the beautiful patio overlooking the green hills, the beach and the sea. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels were very soft. The kitchen and dining are very spacious, perfect for a large family and the fridge has a water and ice dispenser, perfect for hot weather. Our dog loved it too!

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like.

The location was perfect. We had a sea view from every window. The apartment was warm and cosy and provided everything we needed. We were walking distance to the beach and the route was safe to walk.

Plug in Kitchen sink doesnt hold water so found it difficult to run a sink of water On pics it shows two televisions one in lounge one in bedroom, the one in bedroom is missing. Also tiles around log burner very dusty. Also the extracter fan is very greasy needs cleaning. Also the light outside the keysafe goes out to quick when trying to put keycode in in the dark.

Apartment was very welcoming, just a few things need sorting.

On first impressions it looks good and was a great view. With a nicely tiled outdoor space. On closer inspection there is a few faults that need addressing. Obviously we were staying in a split apartment, the people above didn’t have 1 dog but had 3 dogs, being the floor below the amount of noise created by the dogs at night time and in the morning was extremely noisy to a point is was waking everyone up at 5am hardly the peaceful stay we were after. I accept it’s not the dogs fault for being curious but it made our stay pretty poor with lack of sleep. This should be thought about with your bookings if anyone is thinking of going here On the steps on the way down 2 of the stones need cementing back in this is an accident waiting to happen. The microwave beeps randomly so we unplugged it. Downlights have rust on them due to no extraction The taps in the ensuite are wobbly and need sorting asap When was the eicr done on the property as the wiring by the immersion is poor The worktops have all dropped on the joints looking from when the property was bought not a lot of maintenance has been done. Some random holes that could do with filling.

No clear signage to show door to Lower Upover, and no lighting on walkway from parking area to front door. Not enough wine glasses for number of guests. Oven was extremely dirty. Shower head in main bathroom broken and no door on shower in en suite - both of these issues were reported on old reviews. Can't believe others haven't commented on the noise from the apartment above. Extremely noisy floorboards. 3 different sets of guests stayed during our week-long stay. Some were noisier than other's but there is constant sound from above. This would stop us from staying again, or if less of us were in the party, we might book the upstairs apartment. The property is nicely furnished, but doesn't feel particularly well looked after. The plumber who attended said the boiler is old so keeps loosing pressure (twice during our visit, and reported on older reviews), and needs to be replaced.

Nicely decorated property. Fantastic views. 10 minute walk downhill, 15-20 back uphill (!), into Woolacoombe. Issues with heating encountered twice but were promptly resolved.

There is a pendant light hanging above the pillow of the top bunk. We had a 13 year old who slept up there so we moved his pillow the other end, but he had to dodge past a hot light bulb to get in and out of bed. Also the ladder part of the bunk was next to a glass paned door again not very good if there was a slip when climbing up and down. The bed needs a swop around with the wardrobe. The plug next to the wardrobe in the double room next to the bathroom is lose and the left side doesn’t work. Lots of noise from the upstairs apartment.

Amazing views of the sea, well equipped, plenty of space, the utility room was a bonus! Loved the hallway with plenty of hooks for coats and places for shoes. It was a lovely holiday home.
