The location of the hotel was far from shops, pubs, bars etc The signal / WiFi was very weak.

The hotel was very nice and clean with parking space. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the dinner we had in the hotel was exceptional.

Can't honestly say there was anything to dislike.

Such a gem in a beautiful village, away from the madding crowd. Decor spot on for style of property. Garden walk was tranquil. Food was excellent.

The hotel is in an old manor house and very quintessential English. The garden is very beautiful. Being a gardener myself, I had a good conversation with Mike, the hotel head gardener.

Excellent accommodation, beautiful manor with great history, surroundings, stunning gardens, restaurants, and bar food. The room was spotless, praise to the maids/cleaning staff, bed very comfortable, attentive staff, waiter service throughout the stay in all areas of the House, gardens included were very polite and went above and beyond to ensure our food and drinks were as requested and served efficiently. The food throughout our stay was excellent, high praise to the chef. The Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, even giving us an upgrade which was a treat, thank you. Nothing to fault and will definitely be returning.

Nothing to dislike. Lack of gym or spa but this is reflected in cost and hotel is very good value. The location and gardens are lovely.

Beautiful house, gardens and wonderful location in a pretty Cotswold village with a church and ford across the river nearby.
