The Hotel was nice and well kept. The manager was really helpful and gave me the right information about parking. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Breakfast was good too as you would expect in a hotel. It was good location for different places to eat and the subway. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Although technically openable, was impossible to open window, it was an extremely heavy sash one. Even if you managed to open it, closing would be more dangerous due to the weight and downward momentum. Really needs looked at. Also, the room looked to have been one room split into smaller rooms, which itself wouldn't be an issue, but more than half the room was a corridor/wasted space. Again, if this had hangers, etc. and places where the space could be utilised, that'd be great, but that wasn't the case.

Very clean room with fresh decor. Friendly and welcoming staff. Decent location. Lots of nice nearby restaurants and close to convenience stores.

Very thin walls, uncomfortable bed (a mattress topper would fix it!).

Location, location, location! Perfectly situated on the GWR. Walking distance to the Subway, the Botanical Gardens, Byres Road, and the University of Glasgow. Hot shower, strong water pressure, and clean bathrooms and bedding.

No parking, but free on street parking 15 minutes walk away. Bathroom was very small.

Location perfect, in the heart of the west end. Breakfast good. Quiet location, despite being on great western road.

Bathroom very small. Had to close windows as strong smell of weed being smoked somewhere outside.

Since it right in the centre of Glasgow it is quite hidden and hard to find. It has no official parking space, unless you get lucky and you can park on the street in front of the building. It has no elevator.

Its right in the centre of Glasgow. The rooms very comfortable and clean. The best thing was the owner, who was incredibly kind and friendly. They offer various selection of foods for breakfast.

Not a lot to dislike tbh. My partner took exception to the plastic foliage at the entrance to the property, but that’s definitely a her thing!

Ideal location for our event at Glasgow University Union. We thankfully avoided getting one of the basement room, that get many mentions in other reviews. Instead, our room on the first floor, was bright & roomy, & the bed was super comfortable.

Close to the Botanic Gardens and Oran Mor. Good area for shops and cafes. Easy to get to and from city centre by bus, taxi or subway.

Our room was in the basement, which caused a bit of a noise and humidity

The curtains made the room dark , obviously to hide the close proximity of adjacent wall . Couldn’t open them to let light in.

Breakfast was great , easy bus link to city centre. Great value for money .

During the first days of my stay, the weather was exceptionally hot, and the air in the room was stuffy. However, the window was old, it opened only partially and additionally it was not easy to handle.

My requests, like to show me how to open the window and to change the towels after four days, were met by the staff in good spirits.
