CanadaNot all of the beds were flat, and there was really nowhere to hang towels. Also very little soundproofing between rooms. And the breakfast in the mornings tended to take a long time, which put some stress on the schedules we had for the day, when we were at the breakfast early enough to have reasonably had plenty of time.
Great location in a cool town, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and drink selection. Nice to have the coffee/tea service in the rooms, and the bathrooms were quite modern and clean. Beautiful waterfront location.

United KingdomThe hotel, is excellently located, in Bowmore in the centre of the island so near hand for all attractions and facilities: walks, beaches, distilleries, ferry ports and other villages and Jura. Very commfortable lochside view rooms with lovely rustic Scottish decor. High standard of breakfast and evening meals with a good range of choices and the dining room has a full views of the loch. Very frendly, helpful and professional staff.

United KingdomWarm welcome with an easy check-in process. My room was spotless and the beds are really comfy, great food and unreal selection of whisky! I’d stay here again if I return to islay. I couldn’t get breakfast due to an early checkout (05:30) but this was accounted for with a large dram the night before! Would 100% stay here again in the future.
