Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomIn all honesty, I can't think of anything negative about it.
It was a very comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast pack was sufficient for 2 breakfasts & was very tasty. The bbq pack we had was also exceptional. We were far enough away to have privacy from other campers, although it was nice to have a chat with others when coming across them. My first time glamping & I absolutely loved it (the bed was a must for me) & we spent a lot of time just enjoying the outdoors. Sarah was an absolute delight & very friendly. She was also very informative about anything we wanted to know about. I will definitely be back - I may have been converted into outdoor holidays - very good for the soul.

United KingdomFriendly warm welcome… They had thought of everything, really clean WC area and two of each so not waiting, well set out between tee pees, nice seating area out the front of each one, fresh bedding and well kept, rose petals on the bed and little fairy lights to set the romantic and cosy vibe…. My favourite part walking the goats 🐐 I love animals and this was so fun and made the experience special…. Also sitting by the fire eating marshmallow. Overall lovely experience and would highly recommend!

United KingdomOnly thing would be to have an area to make a cup of tea and maybe a communal fridge. However, it is lovely having the rural side to it. It isn’t essential.
Just as described. Gorgeous area and set up. Owner very friendly and helpful. Right near a local pub, forest walks and a train station. The lanterns at night were great and campfire set up.

United KingdomNothing to not like.
The campsite was so tranquil and relaxing. All the tents are far enough from each other to have some privacy. The host were unbelievable and looked after us the whole weekend nothing was a problem. They were friendly, approachable and always available no matter what time. Sarah even provided an umbrella, binoculars, ice and refroze our ice blocks for us. So accomodating. The tent and the beds were so comfy we had a great sleep all weekend. We will definitely be returning we loved it!

United KingdomNothing, it was our first time glamping, and would definitely go again. Only problem was the weather, which stopped us sitting outside, as it rained constantly, on a sunny day this location would take some beating for the tranquility and scenery surrounding the tents.
Beautiful location, peaceful campsite, was given a choice of 2 tents as wanted a quiet location, had the furthest tent, which was at the end of the lake, toilet and shower facilities were spotless. The owner was super helpful with suggestions for the best pubs, restaurants etc… Keep up the great work.

United KingdomMy only down fall would be the BBQ pack was a little small for 2 (maybe we are greedy though 😂 the food was so tasty we could have done with a little more!) I am also so a wimp so more lighting to the toilet at night however, I am a first time camper! Over all it was an amazing experience thankyou!!
Beautiful location, amazing owners cannot do enough to please guests! Nothing was too much and there dogs and goats are just beautiful too! Particularly loved the hammock and the owners quad! Bed was unbelievably cumfy and tent well maintained. Defiantly worth paying for the extras such as bbq pack, breakfast and cooking equipment. I am a hard pleaser however, this stay went above and beyond expectations.

United KingdomNOTHING 😁
Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights, and we absolutely loved it. soon as we got there we were greeted to the owner sarah who was a delight, so friendly😊 sarah shown us around briefly and took us to our stunning bell tent! which by the way was huge. TENT🏕 The tent was surprisingly so spacious and clean, the bed was a king sized and was so dam comfy. It was tucked away nicely for privacy and located not too far from the toliets. Facilities🚿 The toliets and showers are kept very clean and well looked after. Location🗺 Me and my partner don't drive, we are from manchester and got to the camp site so easily, the site is located very close to the train station itself and also nearby is a beautiful pub called The Goshawk, we had a beautiful dinner there! thousand percent want to come back here again❤️👌🏼 especially to see our lovely freind *the goat* xx

United KingdomDoes not have WiFi and the signal isn’t the best however there is a pub around the corner that serves food and are very welcoming at letting you charge your phone and use the WiFi they also changed the program on the tv so my partner could watch the football.
Sarah was so welcoming and helpful I had never been camping/glamping before so I was a little inexperienced in what to bring but when I let her know she was so helpful and gave me some towels some games, portable charger ect. The location had a lovely atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. My favourite part was when me and my partner took the goats for a walk around the land. They were so tame and cheeky. Will be back again.
