Nothing-honestly absolute perfection!

Our 2nd time here & we had the most wonderful family break. There is nothing Jenny & Steve haven’t thought of to make the Annexe a home from home & beyond. Beautiful home, glorious garden & surroundings & lovely lake. Chickens, ducks & turkeys. This stay has something for everyone & truly 10/10.

Absolutely nothing!! 💯 recommend this place to go and stay

The accommodation was excellent, it literally has everything you would need to have a fantastic time away, very well equipped and it was spotless. Jenny and Steve were the perfect hosts, and even let us hold the chickens and have there fresh eggs. It was great to watch the ducks on the lake, feed the horses and walk around the beautiful rural property. We had such a great time we stayed an extra night, we would definitely return to the beautiful Littleton farm barns

The property is exceptionally well appointed and very clean. Once inside the property it certainly does not feel like an annexe - rather a cottage. The rear facing lounge and patio onto fields at the rear enhance that feeling.

Absolutely nothing!!

It was idyllic. watching deer from the patio whilst having breakfast. Jenny & Steve couldn't have been more friendly. Fresh eggs from the chicken when we arrived, a welcome pack for the dog. It's an absolutely stunning setting. We'll definitely return.

The greeting on arrival at Littleton Farm was friendly, helpful and informative. The accommodation was very clean and luxurious. The kitchen has everything you’d want, the lounge has Sky, PS4 & plenty of games, books & board games. The bi folding doors go out onto a patio with ample seating, bbq and large garden looking out onto wildlife landscape. A personal chef is available for hire as is a spa treatment specialist. Local pub is a stroll away and local eateries will also deliver as will local supermarkets. The kitchen has a selection of biscuits, tea & coffees & even porridge & fresh laid farm eggs 🥚. We found The Annexe at Littleton farm excellent value for money for an accessible property and hope to use this lovely place again in the future.

Can't think of a thing. Couple of the resident ducks tried to stop me parking but I can't blame the hosts for that :)

Stayed with my baby daughter. Lovely accommodation and location. Beautifully decorated, home from home feel. Thoughtful touches in the well stocked kitchen. Make sure you take the time to explore the grounds and say hello to the animals.

Scenic rural location with a woodland walk and plenty of wildlife to watch from a stylish patio seating area. House was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. Hosts were great and nearby if needed.

It was clean and tidy and very modern. It was situated in lovely grounds with friendly animals and the property was very well equipped. Very accommodating to our needs, ramps and bed rails provided and nothing was too much trouble. Such a lovely place and too much to mention.

Great location, comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Lots of thoughtful extras in the cottage too. Hosts very friendly and helpful. The best cottage and can’t wait to go back again.

No real negatives. However we did stay in the middle of winter (first week in January) and when we were out all day it seemed to take quite a long time to heat the annex when we returned in the evening.

Wonderful hosts in a lovely countryside location. We couldn't have been made more welcome and it was a treat to interact with all of the animals. The annex was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated having the washing machine and dryer. Also appreciated the basket of treats that Jenny left for us. It was a good base for us to explore Norfolk. You definitely need your own car as public transport would be difficult.
