The caravan was spotless, and nicely decorated with plenty of tea, coffee and cleaning supplies. Shower was nice and bedrooms a good size for a family of 4. Also had a good view of the sea which was lovely to wake up to. Racheal was great with information regarding check in/check out,and responded promptly with any answers to questions.

We would have liked to have used the swimming pool but as we were only here 2 nights it would have been a bit expensive to use the once as they only sold the play pass for 4 nights so decided £46 wasn't justified for one swim unfortunately.

Caravan and location were lovely, definitely stay here again in the near future.

There is, in this design of van, no hanging space in the twin bedroom which has two two-shelf cupboards over the beds. Plenty of space in the big wardrobe in the main bedroom however (and lots of hangers) so be prepared to share.

Simple drive-through check in made arrival simple and, although we didn't use them, the van is a short walk to the main entertainment hub. Easy access to the coast path and a short drive (or bus) to Weymouth. The WiFi was a bonus, and on Sunday night, hooked up to our laptop, we watched Sky Go without interruptions or buffering. The beds were all made up on arrival, and there were some starter "goodies" in the kitchen, such as coffee, sugar, teabags, salt, etc. There was also an efficient hairdryer and a full cupboard of cleaning products. Typically for Haven, there is not much room between the vans but parking (an estate) next to the van was tight but possible. We could also sit out for breakfast and dinner using the patio table and 2 chairs provided but this would be difficult with the van occupied to capacity. Fridge-freezer, air fryer,microwave all spotlessly clean and it was a bonus not scrambling around cupboards when cooking looking for missing items. The van was clean and very well presented.

No parking next to the caravan, sofa bed was uncomfortable, slightly uphill.

The property was well presented, and in a great location, just a 2 minute walk to the main reception / car park, which was useful with a baby.

Think there was food left from previous guests in cupboard as stuff was opened also sugar had spilled in cupboard.

It was like being home from home had everything there and brilliant view.

Even thought only 2 of us , the Van wasn't all that wide and found it kinda hard to get about especially in the Bedroom , and outside not much room to park etc , very on top of each other , so would say it would not be good for older less able people

Nice location as not to Far from.the Town and the site has a free bus service ( I didn't use it but thought it was very handy ) Also there's WiFi which was great but was stated as No WIFI , so a Bonus

We had a lovely stay at the caravan – it was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The location on the Haven site was great, just a short walk to all the main amenities, which made things really convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was amazing.

Great stay. The place was clean. Had all we needed to store food , cook . It was a 2 minute walk to the entertainment complex and arcades. The beds were comfy.

The lovely big shower was a bit disappointing as we were unable to stop it from being scalding so we couldn’t use it . Also the seat opposite the tv was broken . It dipped down and was very uncomfortable.

It was very clean and nice decor . Nice touch leaving tea coffee n sugar for us . It was also lovely and warm which was needed in this cold weather .

The hot water is extremely hot, we waited for it to run out (post washing up etc) before having our showers therefore they were sort of chilly but it was scolding hot otherwise. Workable around tho!

The photos don’t do this caravan justice! It was so cosy, clean and accommodating. We went down in a storm which was not an optimal time but we loved it. We stayed in and watched films with the fire on. It was lovely! Heating was great and the layout is lovely. A lovely clean place. Location wise within the site seemed perfect although we went in off season so nothing was open but I can imagine it’s a good distance to walk!

Shower mixer definitely needs replacement. Water is very hot and cannot be corrected. Pool access is not included unless you pay for hefty additional fee to Haven. Description mentioning pool was misleading for a first time visitors of this kind of holiday parks

Suggest more than a one-pager for guidance, once inside; the heating was off on a cold night when we arrived (which was fine), but it took a bit of investigation to get it going, which resulted in a call to the owners. They were very helpful, but late at night, they were probably surprised to get a call (So, if we hadn't reached them, it would have been COLD) Hard to find after dark, with a park map, as it is an extremely large Holiday park. The Front gate could have been a bit better... we had to go back to get some clarification. Not the owners fault, though, and we obviously found it in the end:)

Very clean (spotless, actually!), and nicely decorated. We were just there for a quick stayover to meet up with friends, so a great value, and a comfortable night! We didn't use the kitchen, but checked it out, anyway. Very clean and stocked, with thoughtful touches for longer stays. We will certainly will keep in mind for the future when in the area!
