Little bit noisy being next to an A-road, but that was to be expected. No real concerns or issues with our stay. Footstools for the armchairs would be a useful addition for comfort.

Great location for exploring the local area, and the property had everything we needed for a 3-night break. Nicky made sure we were aware of road closures nearby ahead of travelling, and was a great host.

Everything was wonderful

A beautiful studio apartment with lovely decor and facilities, it’s very well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location to visit Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge and Suffolk coast. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here

The only slight downside was the road was noisy but we were prepared for that as other guests had mentioned it. We closed the windows although it was very warm weather but there was a good fan which kept us cool

Nothing - It was a perfect place to stay in a heat wave!

Perfect quiet location... accessible to beautiful countryside, walks, and the tranquil bird reserve of Minsmere. Historical sites, within easy reach, include Sutton Hoo, Orford, and Framlingham castles. As well as the beautiful beaches of Dunwich, Walberswick, Southwold and Aldeburgh, to name a few opportunities. Loved The Two Magpies bakery in Aldeburgh for delicious coffee and pastries. The Swan Southwold for a great morning tea of home made jam and scones and cream.

The property is on a busy road so there is some noise. The outside space is small but sunny and nice to have.

Pillows on bed were very hard, there were 2 softer pillows but between two of us it meant both using one of the much harder pillows. Didn’t have much give when rested on. Purely personal preference as we tend to prefer a softer pillow.

Everything! After a long journey, I walked into property to find coffee and milk in the fridge. Got things sorted after my coffee ha ha , then was greated by the owner . A warm welcome explained everything. Clean and tidy . The bed was fantastic had a good night's sleep.

Could not get radio programmes etc on Alexa, usb charging sockets not working, no easy socket by bedside to charge mobile, needed earplugs to drown out busy road sounds at night and early morning, no upright chair to do seated yoga meditation on. Hanging cupboard far away from bedroom. Small points which stopped it being "superb".
