Just a small suggestion - a frying pan/stir fry pan would be useful in the kitchen. Apart from that, the facilities were excellent.

Great location at the harbour, wonderful views, incredibly handy for the excellent local buses.

Normally stayed in apt 2 but in apt 4 . We are pensioners and both not 100% fit so was difficult for us on top floor.☹️ We should have mentioned it when booking 😕 we coped and didn't spoil our stay 🙂

This was our 5th visit to the Kexington apartments, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The location is excellent, the flat is bright and airy and we love just sitting at the window with a glass of wine watching the world go by

2nd Bedroom small for 2 Adults. Cleaner had not been in before arrival. Had to wait for owner to come with keys, so had to wait until apartment was sorted.

The only thing was the noise in the morning from the shop below receiving stock deliveries early in the morning, possibly supply ear plugs to mitigate against this.

Kitchen fridge switch is with the light switch for the kitchen so you can turn it off without knowing . Bathroom mirror isn't secure against the wall so don't use the toothbrush holder . Shower showed hints of mold round the base . Bedroom beside the living room bed seemed small but was comfy and can sleep well in just space . Living room needs like a rug doctor to it some marks on carpets . Place just needs someone to go round and secure stuff and give it a deep clean .Like living room dining table . Shop downstairs does get deliveries but didn't really hear it myself maybe some soundproof windows ? Some kids do hang about at night sometimes but were harmless . Still a good place to go to but these are just my issues . You definitely should stay you will not find a better location . Oh and 1x tiolet roll for 3 people for 2 nights stay isn't enough other places give you a few i happily left 1 and a bit behind for the next guests And tomato sauce so enjoy haha 😄 Thank you !

Location was spot on . You will not find a better location of a place to stay . Kitchen was stocked with the items you would need to cook meals .Host left clear instructions on how to gain entry into the property which was great . Loved that it was across from the boat so could watch the boats coming in and going . Secure entrance . Please say hello to Steven Sea-gal ! Your window buddy

Flat was very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. Location was excellent - handy for ferry and next to Co-op. We loved watching the ferries come and go. Price reasonable.

The apartment is in a great location, only seconds away from the ferry terminal. It is extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The host is responsive and helpful.

Situation directy above the Rothesay Co-op. Very convenient but there was some delivery and disposal noise from 6am sometimes. Not a major issue though.

Coop below the apartment getting deliveries of stock at 6.30 every morning- very noisy Door lock was difficult and didn’t work every time Settee not very comfortable

The bedrooms defo need black out blinds. We were all awake before 5am every morning! We kept smelling something an for 2 days couldn’t find the source but then we found a bunch of bananas in a cupboard in kitchen that were pure black an had fruit flies disappointing!

Hubby saying the tv was slow in changing channels don’t know if it was the internet on the last day didn’t have any tv think it was the signal It was really only on for the new as we where out most of the time ..
