A lot of things were broken or not working proper. Things like plugs, toilets, air conditioning, the sauna, the jacuzzi.

Facilities are time slots which fill up fast amd we had no advance warning to pre book meaning we missed out on pool and spa time which was included in the price. If you book here book in advance and pre book the pool at the same time - this is done through an email to the spa itself. The gym is very small and limited equipment.

Clear, tidy, good location, nice rooms, clean facilities, bar and restaurants on site, ease of moving around in building, clear aognage, secure parking, access code barriers. Breakfast quality was amazing with plenty of choices throughout. Fantastic waiting team and front of house for the restaurant meaning everything was smooth and calm.

The breakfast was chaotic. The restaurant was too small and under-staffed for a hotel that size. Customers where hawking to try to get a table and the staff were overwhelmed, not being able to clear tables and replenish food as fast as it was being consumed. We had a dinner in, the restaurant was half empty but no more reservations were taken. This was likely due to lack of staff too. Dinner took a long time to arrive. There were at least three weddings during our stay, I have no doubt that this pulled staff away from regular duty and impacted the regular business. The spa was a similar experience. very good facilities, but clearly insufficient for the hotel size. The pool was crammed even though bookings had to be made in advance, for 1-hour slots.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and ready to help.

No aircon or any type of vent in the room and the windows were sealed so you couldn’t open them. No fresh air. Lots of big potholes in the carpark, if arriving at night be careful. No sound proofing, people talking in the corridor sounded like they were stood next to us in our room. Bed and pillows too hard. Will be going back to Hilton next time

We hardly slept due to the noise from other guests running up and down the corridor, screaming and banging their doors both nights. The hotel is extremely busy, we were there 2 nights and there were 2 weddings, a church youth celebration (these guests were amazing, quiet and respectful, I have to admit as they were young I thought they would be noisier), and a cowboy/lined ancestors or something party. Breakfast was a little bland, very busy and tables arent always cleaned quickly due to how busy. We weren't informed we had to book for dinner (because they had big parties in) so we had to go elsewhere for food. Need a car or other transport as although the hotel is in a great location to get to nearby places, its all major roads and most places are not walkable for most.

Very large comfortable room, the staff were friendly and very polite. Breakfast was reasonable but not great, the shower was amazing. There's an adequate gym, pool looked nice but was too busy for us so we didnt use it. Loads of parking (just watch out for the raised curbs in some areas).

Very busy over the Bank holiday weekend. Two weddings, a church group and a music festival close by. But everything ran smoothly. Yes it was busy at breakfast but no waiting for a table and the food was being topped up and tables cleared quickly .

The room had not been cleaned properly. The bed sheets etc seemed clean but the floor had sweet wrappers all around the bed and pen marks were everywhere (walls, chairs, etc). Carpets fraying and looking old. One of the towels had brown stains on it so we asked for a replacement and that also had stains on ...we think it was hair dye but not sure. The view out of the window was breeze blocks. It was a bit too noisy to sleep at times. We have stayed previously and loved it but little things let them down this time.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking. Perfect for our requirements.

Breakfast room is rather small for the number of guests! Very crowded!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic – easy to access and close to everything we needed. The rooms were impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The leisure facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which kept my daughter entertained and happy throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
