Room very small a bit cramped (I am 6ft 5in) Not much storage. Uncomfortably hot even with fan. (Needs proper air con on hot days) TV in wrong position for comfortable viewing.

I found the process around the check-in to be unnecessarily complicated. With hindsight it seems obvious that the necessary email won’t be sent until after the 3pm cutoff. Why not just say that?

Space is limited but I expected that to be the case. But the bedroom and en-suite were very clean and well presented. The bed was fine for me and the breakfast items were welcome.

Just a personal preference, but although it was a lovely touch to have the continental breakfast box, I found the items were not something we would eat and would have preferred alternative options to porridge and chocolate brioche. When I booked the advert stated, including breakfast, maybe this should have stated the type as I know I may not have booked here knowing this.

The room was very modern and clean, and the beds were comfortable. A lovely touch and very welcome was the fan as the room was very warm. communication was very good and prompt. access very easy.

Didn’t get access code till after 3pm on day of check in, when we booked the restaurant on site was still open but it’s closed down now so have to travel for evening meal. Meaning one person always has to drive. Stayed 2 nights but the breakfast box wasn’t topped up so only breakfast for 1 day.

Very clean, comfortable bed, good location for visiting West Bay, Bridport, Weymouth, Yes the budget doubles are small but it does say that when booking. If you just want a place to sleep and shower it’s perfect.

The small double bed. Didn’t know it was smaller than a standard 4ft 6 double until after it was booked and paid for..under non refundable terms. Would have preferred to have known this upfront. We had room 5 which would have easily accommodated a standard double. We knew the room was small in size but wasn’t expecting a small double bed.

It was a double room but only a 4’ bed.

Lovely refurbished room. Fresh and clean decor, towels and soaps/shampoo all supplied. Great little breakfast tray with all sorts to eat. Kettle with tea/coffee/hot chocolate all provided. Very comfy bed. Very handy self check in and out which was convenient as we arrived late.

Difficulty getting in through the self check in as hadn’t received email. Called the number listed but no answer and voicemail full. Emailed the email address listed but it bounced back. Luckily someone was exiting the building so was able to help me make contact and get the details.

Great location. Walked down to beach in 20 minutes. Very clean room with all that was needed for a very comfortable night. Nice to have some refreshments also. Free parking.

No staff around as keypad entry. No glass or paper cup for water only the tea/coffee cup. However, plenty of water bottles.

Towels weren't changed during our five night stay. The room was very hot although a fan was provided but was very noisy. The bed was comfortable but was quite small.
