My room was on the top floor which was absolutely fine except that the water struggled to reach pressure when the tap was turned on and the toilet cistern took ages to fill. Not the proprietor's fault, just the building layout.

This was my 4th stay at the Leeway and, as always, thoroughly enjoyable. I was greeted warmly, my room had everything I needed for my short stay. It was clean and fresh with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. The sea view was fabulous.

The only downside was the water pressure for the hot water . I think that's because it was right at the top of the hotel.

Warm welcome, we were given our room key and allowed to leave our car on the front. Our room was only ready at 2pm. Our room was on the top floor with stunning views. Breakfast was lovely too. Definitely stay again in the perfect location for our stay

No lift so be prepared for stairs. If you order a taxi make sure that you mention the correct street name as hotel is assessable from two different roads.

Lovely view from room over North Bay and Scarborough Castle. Fridge in room with bottled water provided. Food selection of tea, coffee and hot chocolate including biscuits. Coffee maker also available to use. Good selection of breakfast choices, host was very friendly. En suite room with walk in shower. Free parking provided on site. Comfortable bed, with extra blanket provided if necessary.

Couldn’t really fault it but the only thing was room was quite tiny but made use of the space provided and we did only pay for a standard room

Good location, lovely views from the room. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The place had a homely feel throughout. Great breakfast too. Will not hesitate to use the hotel again.

Everything was perfect!

The Leeway is in a good position with unspoilt views of the North Bay in Scarborough. My room had little extras like a coffee machine, a small fridge and shower gel. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and well laundered. The owner was pleasant and helpful; she sorted out a parking permit for me. Our stay was extremely good value for money! I would definitely stay there again!

Only really space for 4 cars in car park but plenty of on street parking

Pleasantly surprised considering cost of room , plenty of supplies for tea and coffee little fridge was a bonus ,bed was really comfy, host was very pleasant,only 10 minute walk to open air theatre all in all a nice stay would come again

Electric shower could have been more powerfull.

Lovely clean room. Seats in window with a sea view. Decor and paintings. Good hanging rail for clothes. Small fridge with water and milk and good selection o of coffee including pod machine.
