Food was ok, location was good for us.

Room was bit dated, had to wait all most 2 hours for our tea as was busy with locals, maybe should have reserved tables for people staying there.

Friendly staff, large spotlessly clean rooms. Breakfast was amazing and catered to everyone's dietary needs.

The heavy fire doors can slam shut.

The room was spacious. TV was good.

Shower didn't work very well. Room door very difficult to open. Breakfast was cold, continental option limited.

It was clean and good value. Staff were very nice. Food service was good. Good location near some shops.

Slight stale smell inside the hotel. Decor was a bit dark and room was a bit small. Dirty around the shower tray and tiles.

It was a good location and friendly staff.

Our room was above the function room and the noise was so bad. We had travelled up from Kent and been on the rood for 12 hours so was desperate for some rest. What made it worse is that the toilets were upstairs outside our room so you had giggling girls outside laughing and talking. This went on until 01:30 in the morning. We asked to be moved but there were no rooms available and the manager said you did sign a waiver which mentioned the noise. Not sure what the alternative would have been to not signing the waiver other than find a different hotel.

    Staff friendly, food was good.

It was very hot and room was v hot although we had a fan. Bathroom was cramped. Outside light was above our bedroom window which kept our room rather light so not great for sleeping.

Location is near the train station ( and Glenrothes)- Good sized room-very busy restaurant (so book if Friday or Saturday)-we got to enjoy the beer garden. Has a small public bar on the side which was very lively-not to much noise when they closed, Staff were very helpful ( especially Leeanne?)

Had stairs ( no lift) to rooms-we had heavy luggage

Nice location with good value food on site. Staff were always helpful and friendly.

Very strong smell of mildew and a dusty room which made breathing uncomfortable. Some fruit flies and moths. Loud music right outside the room from the venue itself until past midnight.

Great location, parking on site, beer garden, and very friendly and competent staff. One of the best hotel breakfasts i can remember. Had lunch in the hotel too which was excellent and well priced for the quality of the food and service.

Shower could have been better but that's nit picking really, it was hot and clean so not really worth writing home about.

It was near to where my family were, convenient

It was a but noisy at the weekend from the loud tv in the beer garden, and generally a lot of door slamming going on inside the building.
