Single glazed windows so noisy from road. Breakfast room in basement so not great if you have bad knees as I do.

Location, had a ground room and clean and large enough just for me.

Rooms slightly on the small side The party was not informed there was an outside area, as our room was located on the other side of the building. Breakfast area was on the small size and guest had to wait

The rooms we stayed in were very clean and tidy, the room was decorated very nicely but a little on the small side. Fans were installed in the room, which were needed during our stay. The staff were pleasant. Our stay was very enjoyable. The continental breakfast just hit the spot. My only criticism is that the signage for the hotel is not visible from the roadside. So you can walk past and miss the building. I would return and stay again if I needed to be that side of London.

SO great! I would highly recommend this place for a solo traveller. So affordable and had EVERYTHING you needed. From USBC charging to a cute little coffee/tea set up. Such a great stay. Breakfast was basic but all you needed. I will be back! For this price - it was amazing

Hotel was nice enough, however the impact of no air conditioning was greatly felt. A fan had been provided for the room which made for a more comfortable sleep, but it was a shame. I fully appreciate the history of the hotel, but it did appear air con was available but was not working. I had been informed of this beforehand, but just didnt expect it to be so hot!

Though ideally located near the entrance and breakfast room, my room had a quite uncomfortable bed (105)

The room was clean and the TV had some free apps that I enjoyed. Staff were very nice and they kept luggage for free. Breakfast was great, with plant-based options like milks, yoghurt, cereals, toast, fruit...

The breakfast was a bit lacking. Also the bed in my room was leaning to one side, so I had to sleep in a certain position so I wouldn’t fall out of the bed. It also got very hot in the room since there’s no AC, but it was manageable by using the fan.

Nicely decorated rooms, had all the facilities one could need and the location was really good, only a short walk from the West end, Soho and Chinatown.

Was on lower ground with a window where people were often walking past, so kept my curtains closed for most of the stay, however it did have a netted curtain so keeping curtains closed isn't necessary, it was more just my preference.

Great price considering breakfast was Included and the location was amazing. I arrived there early and could leave my bags in reception until I could check in, this allowed me to go explore in the meantime. Location is great with tubes nearby and Euston station about at 10-15 min walk. Right around the corner from the British Museum. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast room is small, which they do state to guests, so getting to breakfast early is a good idea. Decent selection for breakfast, better than what I expected - a range of hot and cold food. Room was cozy but clean, smart tv, en suite, comfy beds. I was on the lower ground, so could sometimes hear footsteps above me but nothing too disrupting. Plug sockets next to bed which is handy and a floor length mirror.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and the heat during our stay was truly abnormal. It was very stuffy inside, and a single fan running constantly didn’t help much. :(

The triple room was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping was done daily. The breakfast was modest but absolutely sufficient for us. The hotel's location was excellent — just a few minutes' walk from the British Museum and the Zoological Museum. The metro station was nearby, and it was only a couple of stops to the city center. The staff were very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is centrally located, easy to get to anywhere in the city, both on foot and by public transport. It is an old building, which gives it a certain spirit of old London. However, this means there is no lift to the upper floors. The rooms are small, although everything is there: a safe, a kettle, a hairdryer. There was a problem with the tap in the bathroom, which was fixed only after two days. But the staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is very poor - there are no hot dishes at all.
