low head height stairs up to the room and very low door height on room . easy to forget and band your head albeit there was plenty of warning from the host . and some signs Road noise in the morning was a little annoying. I’d rather tea coffee in my room instead of having to get dressed to come down then take the drink up steep tight stairs with low head height was a recipe for spilt drinks or banged head .

We stayed at the Lake View Hotel recently for a weekend, climbing Snowdon. Amy and James were absolutely incredible hosts during our stay; friendly and imparted fantastic knowledge of the local area, best restaurants etc. The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and welcoming, and the overall service was great, We would definitely go back!

The Lake View Hotel is a charming place, very quiet and pleasant, where you can regenerate yourself. The room is clean and comfortable, and Amy (the guest house landlady) was very sweet and helpful during our stay. The lovely breakfast is homemade everyday (I suggest to try the porridge made by James). Next time in Llanberis I will definitely stay at The Lake View Hotel.

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything was perfect.

We really enjoyed the cosy, quiet and family atmosphere of the hotel. The hospitality was outstanding, everything was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. Breakfasts were delicious and generous. What made our stay especially memorable is that this is a family-run hotel, where the owners personally take care of everything from welcoming guests to preparing breakfast – it creates a very warm and unique

The walk into town is nothing special but we enjoyed fish and chips by the lake with the local seagulls in attendance.

This is a top B&B where they really look after you. We particularly enjoyed chilling in the lounge area of an evening with a local cider from the in-house bar. Breakfast was lovely and Amy was full of useful recommendations for local walks and amenities.
