Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Absolutely everything about the lodge. The location was perfect. Close to Edinburgh which is what we wanted. The house was immaculate and the furniture and decor was modern with very stylish finishings. Can't fault the place at all. Yes the owner advised the washing machine was out of order but that did not bother us at all as we were so happy with how beautiful and clean the place was. The owner has incredible taste and gosh we were so happy and comfortable. I would rate it 11 out of 10. Simply outstanding and i will telling all my friends and family about it. The view from the caravan was incredible...from the kitchen to the bedroom. We woke up to sheep grazing from afar and one morning we even saw a buck from the hills...incredibly peaceful. We love Scotland and our stay was once in a life time experience without breaking the bank. The lodge had everything we needed, from tioletries to towels and beddings. We did not lack anything and quite frankly i did not want to leave. Thank you so much. We will definately come again.!!!

Very clean and well equipped lodge. Comfortable beds. Peaceful and quiet location and great for exploring the local area. Quick drive to Dunbar if you fancy a meal out. Would definitely return.
