The caravan was clean and had everything I needed. Was spacious and facilities were good. Christie was great at giving information and making sure I had everything I needed over the phone. Perfect location for a weekend at the coast.

The only comment I have is how high the 'tickets' are for the prizes to reclaim the tickets won at the arcade. It is not a huge arcade and not a lot of opportunity with the machine choices to win tickets for then basic prizes like a bouncy ball to be 500 tickets.

Facilities were really good, entertainment was great and great location for visitng local sites and activities.

We booked to stay here as we had a family wedding to attend nearby. The location and property were excellent. The communication with Christie was easy and she was so accommodating to everything we needed. Highly recommended! Thank you so much :)

Nothing. The caravan site could work harder on landscaping but the caravan itself was fine.

It was cosy and comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The mobile home’s location on the site was perfect.

Christie our host was very helpful and friendly.She gave me call to explain how to get to the property and instructions on keys etc.The location was fabulous and very convenient for our visit to Goodwood Motor circuit for Shedfest 25. Could do with one more seat maybe in the home as was abit snug for four of us but plenty of space for more.

Everything we needed with parking space right next to the home, clean and a good size in a great position for the club but still nice and quiet. Small site but nice with all you need and easy to get tables and food. Great features with netflix and WiFi in the home.

It was a super cosy and lovely place to stay. The double bed was really comfortable and the duvet was really warm. It was a very nice, relaxing place to spend a few chilled out days with my family. Equipment-wise we were so well catered for although I would have liked a corkscrew (serves me right for buying wine with a cork by mistake!) and a drying rack for towels post-shower would have been useful, and especially if using the swimming pool. That’s not a negative, just a suggestion. We paid separately to use the facilities at the holiday park - the swimming pool is lovely and warm and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. I had to contact the owner to ask a question about heating (completely my fault as she’d kindly contacted me during the day to offer me such information) and she couldn’t have been more helpful, even at 9.30pm on a Sunday evening. We would be very happy to return to this property for another stay.

Not the hosts fault but: - WiFi was unusable for the most part, Christie spoke to the provider but the issue persisted. - An insane amount of geese (talking roughly 50+) hang out around the caravan which can be incredibly noisy, though numbers are being reduced end of year.
