Room was right next to lift so it was very noisy , also the room was not sound proof , we could hear toilet , shower etc being used above , it was over priced in my opinion

I booked this hotel last minute and only stayed for a night but it was a good stay nonetheless. I didn’t catch his name but the receptionist who was there in the evening when I checked was so kind and great to talk to!

I couldn't get the Aircon unit in my room (17) to work. But that might have been due to 'user error'

Nice central but also quiet location. Good array of teas and biscuits in the room. The bedding was really comfortable too. Plenty of different options for breakfast too.

Very little to not like. Room 26 was very dark, a serious lack of daylight. The pillows were a little hard for me but that is just my personal preference I’m sure they are perfect for another.

Room could have done with a little TLC but a bargain so not really complaining. We didn’t try breakfast so can’t comment.

Historic, quiet, central, main route to Castle,next door to St Mary’s Church, national justice museum opposite, caves and art gallery metres away. Fabulous!

The rooms seemed a bit tired and not very clean (there was makeup on the mirror that was not mine when we checked in), one of the blinds was broken in the room - not dealbreakers but not ideal!

The hotel was very funky and in a great location.

I can't say what I feel sometimes.

I needed to be this side of town for the journey and not without swimming pools, the room was perfect for my stay. Although I have stayed at this hotel a few times before I have not needed any meal here

The location is perfect for being in the heart of Nottingham. We upgraded to a suite which was extremely large and well worth the money.

It’s a lovely hotel in a great location, although it’s lively nearby you aren’t disturbed in the hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the standard of cleanliness throughout is great. The staff are very helpful and the bar/restaurant downstairs is good, if very busy

I had no issues while staying

Staff were warm and welcoming, had an issue with a fan and replaced immediately, lovely touch of free ice lollies. Amazing price

On arrival everyone was friendly and my room was prior arranged to be on the second floor close to the lift which helped. As yet no breakfast because it is only something small when I want it.. cereal + fresh milk , melon or mix fruit or yogurt, juice ?

I needed something to eat but it was not for me.

The room was very clean and comfortable with a courtyard view which was perfect . declined breakfast because of not seeing anything else ...which is everything with where the Lace Market Hotel is for.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Perfectly positioned, and the room was lovely. Staff we friendly and helpful and provided a free room upgrade on arrival. The room was clean and spacious, and we slept really well.

The room felt quite small and boxy as there was a huge air con unit on the floor taking up a large amount of space and one of the blinds was broken so it felt a little dark.

Really smooth booking process, lots of communication from hotel staff about places to park and early check-in possibilities. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, very clean and well resourced mini double room, checked in at 2.20 and check out at 11am. The room and pillows were very comfy, and as a solo female guest I loved it and I'll be back to stay again so thank you LM hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

We love the location. The charm of the cobbled, streets and historic buildings. The church and church bells. All added to the atmosphere.
