Really nothing. The staff makes you feel at home. Can't be better.

I had booked a second stay and this time I got a VERY nice room indeed. The all-marble bathrooms are great. The room was quiet.

They seem to have too few staff in the morning, but the ones who work then are very pleasant.

Very nice + friendly staff. The interior design was as I expected - really nice. Location is great. Rooms are small, but one knows this, as the hotel is within older buildings - which gives it its charm.

I felt like I was so close to the room next door I could hear everything, so felt a little conscious of this.

Great, quiet location, 100 metres from the tube station, and high st with lots of shops and restaurants. Modern room with huge walk in shower, large comfortable bed.

2nd bed was so uncomfortable and was a very thin mattress on the floor. Lots of noise from the road and tube.

The only thing I would say was lacking was robes. Being in London and it being a chilly place, it would be nice after a shower having a robe but not a deal breaker either.

Super accommodating and helpful staff! After a long 30+ hour flight that arrived early in the morning, the staff facilitated early check in so we could shower and rest. So kind and so helpful. The breakfast available was also fresh and delicious!

The bathroom was a little impractical, sink did overflow and wasn't much protection from the shower. Also bed was very comfy but the headrest kept banging with any slight movement

Noise from the street at night, mostly sirens. Obviously no fault of the hotel but something to be aware of for light sleepers. My husband and children didn’t hear a thing though.

Our room was cold with the air con but soon ok when the staff turned it off centrally. We did know in advance , but we weren’t so keen on our petite double room being in the basement.

The property is in a lovely building, conveniently located fir Hyde Park/ Kensington Gardens, 2 underground stations and lots of eateries. Our room was very clean. The shower was great. The staff there are really professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a small room but it was plenty big enough for a one or two night stay.

Unfortunately, there is a slight sound of the underground at times. But it is not consistent, and it ends around midnight. But the station is so close and on such a convenient line for tourists, it doesn't really matter.

The location, decor, room size, and staff were amazing. We attended with a 2 year old girl, and they did everything to make her more comfortable. A cot was provided. They gave her treats and toys to play with, and they even aloud her "behind the scenes" simply to keep her happy while we checked in and out

Pillows very uncomfortable, hardly any filling. We stayed in room 017 - junior suite on the bottom floor - good for us as we had a 2 yr old and 6 yr old however you can definitely hear the rumbling vibrations of the underground - request a higher floor if you're a light sleeper. The window was so small there was barely any natural light at all. Breakfast is limited and simple as expected.

Great location, two tube stations nearby, plenty of eateries/groceries/coffee shops. Hyde park is a stones throw away. Museums are walkable within 30 mins or so. For our first trip with 2 young kids this is the aspect we appreciated the most.

Unfortunately the room was not sound proof, which was very frustrating gone midnight with young children. Cars beeping their horns, people walking passed shouting outside, and also you can hear (and feel) the underground every 10 minutes until around midnight. This is obviously not the hotels fault, but I failed to see any reviews stating this which is why I felt the need to.

Beautiful hotel, picturesque and modern. We stayed in junior suite and had a front garden area which was lovely at night to sit outside. The bath was lovely relaxing and deep. There were lots of shops and food places at the end of the street which was useful.
