We stayed for one night as a family of four in Room 11. It was perfect for us, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We booked breakfast which was delicious and Fiona was such a fantastic hostess. So kind and considerate. Helped with booking the trams to get the best deal and really helped with parking the next morning. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we return to stay overnight - the grandchildren want a game of chess!

The question is, what didn't we like?. The whole experience and the communication from Fiona from booking the room to travelling and checking out was exceptional. I booked here to treat my girlfriend to a great weekend away for our year and a half anniversary, and we weren't disappointed. I had ordered a package asking for prosecco in the room on arrival and balloons, we were held up in traffic and so Fiona could make sure the bottle was chilled still, she kept in touch with us the whole way down. The room was immaculate, not a single hair on the carpet and everything you could ask for was in it and available straight away. Everytime we either went out or come back in Fiona was always around asking us if we were OK or needed anything extra or was everything ok for us arriving. Her and Ian have definitely mate our minds up about where we will stay now every time we come to visit Blackpool. Definitely recommend The Kings Boutique Hotel to anyone wanting an unforgettable holiday/ trip away to blackpool. Travel is made easy with a tram stop right outside the hotel as well. Massive 10/10 from Gemma and I, we can't wait to return.

United KingdomFiona the lady who owned it was so nice and friendly, she gave us lots of information about the things going on in Blackpool. The room we had was beautiful and the the hotel was spotless. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was the perfect location. The train station is a five minute walk, we used it to go to Lytham st Annes for the day. The tram was just across the road and we definitely got the use out of a fay ticket. Like I say I would highly recommend

Great location, extremely clean and a great breakfast! Parking right out the front was a bonus too! Highly recommended to stay here if you get the opportunity. Pleasure Beach is only a 5 min walk away and the tram stop is very close. This hotel will not disappoint.

United KingdomThe Kings Boutique Hotel was a great find. Fiona's communication from the point of booking, to greeting you when you arrive, continually checking in to make sure everything is ok and always looking for feedback if there's anything that could have been better shows how much pride Fiona takes in her hotel and how much value she places on making sure her guests enjoy their stay. Our room was small (it's a boutique hotel) but perfectly comfortable for two guests. Bonus points for the towels being displayed as swans on the bed! Sockets and chargers beside the beds with small tables and lamps for convenient charging which is something many larger hotel chains seem to get wrong. Beds were comfortable, water was hot for showers. The lounge has an impressive collection of chess boards and the breakfast was ten out of ten. Cooked fresh with a delicious pot of coffee The hotel is right across from a tram stop and walking distance to the theme park. Close enough that you get a great view of the rides but don't hear them from your room. From the front door you have a lovely view of the water and sun setting in the evening. Perfect.
