Lovely leather sofa and dining table in longe Looking out over the Firth of Forth.

Great location and view, lovely bedroom with en-suite bathroom, really handy small kitchen units with fridge, sink microwave, toaster etc. All condiments, cereals tea,coffee, sugar, butter jams bread and milk supplied.

Thank you for the wonderful time in your lovely place. Everything was perfect for us, we were really sad to leave Kinghorn. This tiny place is a real little wonder :)

This was ideal for our 4 night break in Fife. Easy to get to St Andrews or Edinburgh. Lovely views from the sun room. Caroline was so helpful and the washing machine and line were very much appreciated. Bed was comfortable too. All in all, a lovely little place if you don't need to cook, but want something bigger than a hotel room.

Communication is great, Caroline was waiting for us when we got there, asked what bread and milk we wanted, little kitchenette to make tea and coffee, toast or a sandwich, that was a lovely touch, views were great over the bay, bathroom was lovely, everywhere spotlessly clean, thank you Caroline for making us so welcome

Great property in walking distance of pettycur park and easily accessible for burnt island . Owners are so friendly and the addition of extras like tea, milk, juice and bread make it feel really personal - will be back again

Having to leave

Caroline gave us a warm friendly welcome and gave us tips on where to eat.She went above and beyond . The apartment was in a lovely position overlooking the Firth of Forth and the views were lovely , especially the stunning morning sunrise. The place was very clean and well enough equipped for our weekend stay .. Bed and linen very comfortable .Key access very easy .. Location great for travelling around the Fife coast . Fresh bread , butter, milk, orange juice , teacakes , jams and eggs all provided for us on arrival . A real bonus .

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Our host Caroline was absolutely lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is located in a lovely quiet area with a beautiful view that you can enjoy over a meal or sat on the sofa. The bedroom is lovely with a comfy bed and plenty of TV channels to enjoy in bed. The local town is a short walk away and provides anything you'd need for a visit, with a variety of restaurants, pubs and takeaways available. To get to the city we took the train which is very frequent and takes around 50 minutes. The station offers free street parking but is also in walking distance to the property.

Caroline was absolutely the best!! She met me at the train station and even dropped me off at my cousin's house in the next town!!! She and her husband went over and above, her place is amazing and beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect! She made sure to have the milk and bread I liked as well as 2 different breakfast cereals, eggs, 2 types of jams, butter, coffee, tea, and sweeteners. She even provided me with links to the train service and the tides. I can't say enough about this wonderful place! And the VIEW was beyond amazing! I could have stayed much longer!

Very comfortable accommodation, everything you could think of is there, the towels were lovely and soft and smelt nice, the view was beautiful. Caroline is a lovely host who came in to greet me
