The shower was tricky. But there was plenty of hot water when it finally would start.

The property was awesome. Clean and well maintained. Easy to walk to town. They had juice everyday in our refrigerator and coffee pods and tea. With fresh milk.

Nothing - greatly exceeded our expectations.

Great location, very comfortable. Looked newly decorated & simple tasteful furnishings. Couldn’t get our TV working- called for assistance and help came within a few minutes, despite it being after 9pm on a Saturday evening. Very clean also - noticed a few previous comments saying the contrary but this was not the case in our room. Additional parking to the rear of building was also a plus.

Trivial but for a woman the toilet lid (not seat) would not stay up when lifted!! Room 12

The ice compartment on the fridge did not work, but staff gave us some ice. Only one biscuit was provided daily ( even though there were 2 of us). However, we were given another biscuit when we requested it . We had to repeat this request the following day also .

We booked the Marina room 5 which had an amazing window view of the bay . We had a four poster bed and the ensuite bathroom had a free standing roll top bath . Room only basis, but hosts kindly provided porridge pots. The fridge was stocked daily with milk, orange juice and water. Tea bags, coffee and biscuit were also provided and replenished daily.

The hotel provides a bedroom only service with no other facilities other than a small sitting area downstairs. The presentation outside the bedrooms is basic but clean & some parking is provided .

Our bay windowed room 5 with en suite facilities had excellent views over Oban Bay & was well presented with binoculars provided -

The bed in my room was a bit uneven. Lower at the head on one side which I couldn’t tell whether it was the mattress or the frame. Still comfortable though, just slept on the other side.

A good tea and coffee station with some nice extra bits and fresh milk and juice, plus a little fridge. Clean, simple room, easy to get to and quiet.

Power of shower was relatively weak and the walls between rooms are relatively thin... we could hear when next door were showering in the evening as we were trying to sleep.

Staff were very pleasant, assisted with parking on a private road and carried our cases to the room. Room was clean, tidy and had a great view of the sea and nearby island. Bed was comfy and we were provided with all amenities tea/coffee/orange juice. A short walk from the maybe town (maybe 10 minutes) which meant the surroundings were lovely and peaceful on an evening.

Unfortunately the facility didn’t do on site breakfasts. Tv in the room could do to be updated.

The property was quite central and in a very quiet location. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee facilities were good. Shower was good.

Would have been nice to enjoy a cooked breakfast but wasnt available and coffee sachets weren't restocked during our stay. Parking spaces limited.

Ideal location for our stay in Oban. Room to park the car onsite and only a 15 min walk into the town centre for rood and entertainment. We were welcomed on our arrival at the property which was in great condition. The bedrooms were very comfortable and well stocked for coffee teas and snacks.

For me this was perfect as I wanted a room (with no breakfast) in order to catch the early ferry to Mull. Very friendly staff on arrival, place to park, easy to walk into town.

The bed. I am really sorry as it was a lovely little place but I did not sleep well at all. The mattress was far too hard for me. My back was in agony all day afterwards.

Lovely little place ...10 minute walk to oban town centre ...no food but they give you milk and orange juice every day ....room nice and clean ..would recommend...

A lovely location on the esplanade about a 15 minute walk from the ferries and train station. Small fridge in room re-stocked each day with water, orange juice and milk. Efficient online check in process
