Mandy was so friendly and welcoming. It is right on the seafront with easy access. The breakfast was out of this world!!! Can’t fault it!!!

We were only there for one night!

The room was perfect and overlooking the beach too! Staff were superb, nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous breakfast and a very lovely lady who served us. Would highly recommend and we will undoubtedly return. Thank you all

So glad we found this place the room was lovely clean and fresh with a amazing barth room, its location is perfect right on the beach and with a pub next-door ,breakfast was great with all the staff helpful and friendly we would definitely stay again

Nothing to dislike

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was an absolute gem of a find. The property is right on the beach, you walk across the car park (there's loads of parking), through a gate and you are on a beautiful sandy beach. It's in a quiet location, there is a pub nearby, a little shop and a fish & chip shop - all within walking distance. The single room was pretty decent, and had a bath/shower, kettle, hairdryer, tv, and a small fridge. It also had a door leading out to the patio, where there was a wooden bench. There was also a book case in the reception area, where you could swap books. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice and the lady serving was really chatty and friendly, Mandy is a brilliant host, nothing was too much trouble and her team are brilliant. I will definitely return

The welcome was brilliant, very friendly staff and a beautifully decorated place. Lovely facilities, great breakfast in a perfect spot.snuck out quietly just before the.sun came up with coffee and watched the sunrise as we slept that well.

So close to the lovely beach.Pub diner next door.. Bit of a walk to The lighthouse inn..which is fabulous. Lovely breakfast and very welcoming ladies that run it and work there.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and stayed 3ewith you all day until the evening meal. Room was clean and perfect for my short stay. My son and his family were near by and this was idea for me and for the places we all wanted to visit.

I totally and utterly loved this place. Location is amazing, right by the beach, plenty of parking space. My room was impeccably clean, overlooking the sea, really generous size. Mandy is an excellent host, and so is everyone working at the Seals. One of my best stays ever, and definitely a place to come back to if you're looking for quiet, relaxing holidays. Breakfast was delicious and served in lovely, homely atmosphere. I loved every second there

Mandy and her staff were so kind and friendly. We felt really at home and didnt want to leave. Breakfast was lovely, there was a little terrace next to the beach where we chilled out and the beach and sea is gorgeous.

I loved all of it!

It was right by the sea. My room had a door backing on to the rear of the property , about 20 steps to the beach, with seating that was a perfect for a hot chocolate - or glass of wine - watching the sun setting, listening to the waves rolling in. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows - I wanted to take them home! Breakfast was delicious. And there was a brilliant mug for tea!

Everything was brilliant. Upgraded to a lovely room. Cold water in the fridge, choice of bath or shower. Great breakfast that set us up for the days hiking the Norfolk Coastal Path (it's at the bottom of the garden) Really helpful staff. Lovely pub next door for an evening meal as well
