One inconvenience: no refrigerators in the rooms. I would recommend having at least one for common use.

The location of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Easy access to bus stops #9 and #28 and metro stations. Beautiful area. Safe. Quiet. Lots of options for all tastes nearby: pubs, Turkish cafes, pizzerias, breakfast cafes. Several Tesco and Sainsbury's stores. The hotel management is very helpfull, especially Vijay.

Offcourse we come from spoiled Asian background where you have big rooms nothing compared to that however for London it is a great value for money

Some nights I could hear people of the hotel having loud conversations and speaking through walkie talkies and the door wasn’t noise isolating so it was a little loud

The hotel was in a very quiet and peaceful area. It was tidy and the personal working always nice!

The property was centrally located. Clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The staff made it more enjoyable especially IRFAN one of the front desk receptionist. Such a kind, professional and thoughtful person.

The location was near to the underground, so it was very convenient. The staff were very nice. They gave us a room one hour before as we arrived early. The room was very clean, and towels were changed daily when the room was cleaned. The airconditioner could be controlled according to your preference. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are very tiny and not sound proof. The breakfast could have been better.

Everything was good.

Building was refurbished in September 2024. Everything was new and clean. Towels were changed each day. Bathroom was small but functional. Very comfortable bed and pillows, so I slept very well during my whole stay. Calm street. No noise. Less touristic but well communicated with 2 tube stops (West Kensington -5min- and Earl's Court -15min-). Staff welcomes you everyday with a smile and open hearts. That's the best part! They are efficient, willing to help and friendly, what else can you ask for? They just make your day a good one.

It's a very basic breakfast as there were limited options. But fulfilled my expectations as 3 star hotel.

Room and corridor doors slam really loudly, woken up by someone arriving at 3am.

Great location for events at the Olympia - just a short walk away. Room was modern, clean and had air conditioning, which was very much needed in the middle of the heatwave!

Slightly underwhelming breakfast. The continental breakfast could have involved more than just a sliced ham, cheese and a boiled egg with toast. The rest, like small pastries were good. However, no hot water available to make coffee / tea. We can understand when a hot drinks machine breaks down- but being offered a MICROWAVED tap water is a bit much- ever thought of a kettle? This would have sufficed. thanks. Many brown stains on the carper in the other single room we booked- this wasn't a matter of cleanliness as the rooms very SUPER CLEAN - perfect. Those marks looked burned in, so not possible to clean. Honestly it just didn't look great. The sink in one room wasn't draining water away, even though the plug was fully open, so by the time I washed my face, the sink was all filled up with water.

The staff is doing their best, very professional, friendly and helpful. We appreciated the 1 hour earlier check-in, thank you. Rooms were super clean, apart from some stains on the carpet in one of the rooms Loved the new, clean bathrooms. The air-con worked fine and made a huge difference in the scorching weather! I also noticed there was no noise- great.

Supernice staff. Hotell is a short walk from subway Kensington West. A safe hotell with good value. Would come here again.
