How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I have a wonderful stay at the property. The room is very clean, it has everything you need, fridge, hairdryer, and other amenities. The location is close to restaurants and supermarkets and a train station to central london. I definitely will stay here again💫

Quiet location with free parking, 10 mins walk to the tram station. The bed was small but the room was spotless, and included also a fridge and a fan. Host was welcoming.

Nothing really, but a suggestion would be some written directions to the underground and shops for supplies. Also local restaurants and pubs.
Spacious room with everything you need for a short stay, great shower, comfy bed and a lovely outdoor garden to sit and enjoy your day I would recommend and stay again if in the area in the future. Thankyou

Refresh of tea and coffee etc. but a minor point
Stayed for wimbledon £8 uber fare away. Quiet street easy to park in drive or on safe street. Very quiet and clean property. Lovely owners. Liked the no show policy. Fridge in room a great addition.

When i arrived the TV was faulty so i was unable to watch the tennis. But Mr Kato spent time working out how i could get the BBC channels. When i returned the next day he reported that it was fixed.
During the heatwave it was great to have a big electric fan & a small fridge. Room small but nice bathroom & comfy bed. And a table to sit out on the patio when it was cooler. Nice quiet area & relatively close to tram stop.

Amazingly clean, fabulous shower with shower gel & shampoo, lovely big towels and robes. Tea & coffee tray and small fridge in the room was a lovely touch. Fabulous recommendations by the host regarding restaurants and transport options for Wimbledon and Gatwick. Less than 10 min walk to tram stop

Bed a little firmer than we personally like but we did sleep well. Only one pillow,but I am sure if we had asked for another it wouldn't have been a problem. These are not criticisms just are personal tastes.
What a wonderful little find,a warm welcome and great value for money . Safe parking on road with enough spaces. A great size fridge and a fan supplied. Everything you need and exceptionally clean. Love the thoughtful touch of slippers at the entrance so remember to remove your shoes out of courtesy to owners. Great location for our visit to Wimbledon with lots of info from the owner on transport links. Do not hesitate to book,we will be back for our next London trip. Thank you for a great stay 5*

It was quite noisy during the night with doors slamming but this was due to the guests and not the owners fault.
Despite the extreme heat, our hosts did their best to keep the room cool. Shoes were not allowed in the house so slippers were provided which was a really nice touch.

This is a gem of a place. Mitsu and his team run it beautifully. So clean, well maintained and we felt really welcome and it was a home from home. So quiet, perfect location for what we needed.

Very welcoming. Perfect location for us. Lovely bedroom and bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. Yes it was little unusual to be asked to remove shoes before entering the property, but this was also our hosts home, so why wouldn’t you show a little curtesy and respect for the benefit of all. Optional breakfast is not always available, but for a very reasonable price we had a lovely continental breakfast on each of our three day stay. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Not a big deal but I felt rushed when checking out as the host knocked on my door twice, I have disabilities so it took me a little bit longer to sort myself out but it was only running late by just a couple minutes after the check out time.

It was a really lovely stay! The room was super comfy and clean and the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Location was perfect for me and it was walking distance from public transportation. Would absolutely come back and recommend for others :)

I couldn't find any fault with this place. I come to London to work a few times a year and have stayed in many places .This place by far is the best . Its my first choice whenever I'm back working in South West London. Mitsou the host is very helpful, kind and professional. He replied quickly to any messages I have sent .
The place is so clean . Spacious ensuite room a bonus. Tea and coffee available in the room. A fridge ,TV . Just like a hotel room . The shower is powerful
