We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomBed was uncomfortable with matress too soft. We expected an en suite room after reading the description on Booking.com but it was shared. Tbh we would not have booked if we'd known this. My husband struggled with stairs as he is disabled and using a bathroom with over bath shower was impossible. The water in the shower fluctuated between warm and cold making showering uncomfortable. We ideally would like a refund as we didn't get what was advertised on Booking.com

Everything Location - spot on right in middle of town Accomodation - probably the best b&b i've ever stayed in & there's been a lot. Lovely room with a lovely little chillout lounge & the most amazing kitchen,with a fridge full of food supplied by the host Sharon. Who is kind, helpful & very generous. Fully recommend anyone to stay there (if you can get in) i know i'll be going back.
