    El desayuno y el servicio del personal.

    Si bien el hotel tenía comunicación directa al O2, no me la indicaron a mi arribo, por lo que estuve yendo los diez días de mi estadía por el camino largo (por la calle) con mi familia.

    Hotel 5 estrellas en todos los aspectos: atención, trato, habitación, instalaciones, restauración ... Tiene acceso directo a un centro comercial y a The O2 Arena. Asistimos al concierto SMTOWN y por eso elegimos este alojamiento. Nos hubiera gustado cruzarnos con los idols -todos alojados en el hotel- pero hasta las medidas de seguridad fueron magníficas. Privacidad garantizada. Todos los empleados tuvieron un comportamiento excepcional durante nuestros 3 días de estancia.

    No devuelven el depósito de 100 libras que cobran al realizar el check in, y no dan respuesta alguna

    Me encantó. Al lado del O2 Arena y estuvieron muchos de mis grupos de Idols de Corea , estancia feliz .

    La localización

    Un desastre con el sistema de llaves… para subir a la habitación teníamos q ir al hall para pedir q nos acompañaran porque el sistema de llaves no funcionaba. Algo terriblemente molesto. Varias partes del hotel estaban dañadas, algo q para el precio que pagó espero no tener que ver. Cenamos en el restaurante y tardaron una eternidad en servir la comida… la calidad “aceptable” esperaba más. En el desayuno tienes q pedir el café según te sientas porque te lo traen cuando ya estás saliendo por la puerta. Sinceramente, no creo q me vuelvan a ver por allá, MUY DECEPCIONANTE.

    Es muy amplio y la conexion con el O2 Arena es lo mejor.

    Me cobraron 100 libras (123€) solo por si consumes algo del minibar, estoy esperando a que me lo devuelvan. Solo se habla inglés, en los hoteles de 5 estrellas debe ser obligatorio hablar varios idiomas. En mi caso no fue un problema pero si no hay ese servicio siempre lo penalizo. En España se hablan varios idiomas.

    Hotel con una ubicación excelente,fuimos para ver un concierto y desde del hotel se puede acceder directamente a la arena,está al lado de la estación Jubilee y es muy fácil moverse en metro,el hotel es muy cómodo y tranquilo,el personal muy amable en todo momento,estaría bien que en hotel hubiera personal bilingüe.El desayuno está muy bueno.

    Cuando dejamos el hotel

    La recepcionista una maleducada. No tenía preparada la reserva. Me dijo que nos llamaría en cuanto estuviera disponible la habitación. Le pregunté si necesita el teléfono y nos dijo que no. No nos llamó. Llegamos a las 6 de la tarde y NO teníamos la habitación. Tuvimos que hacer cola cuando estábamos esperando para ir al O2. Un desastre. Al día siguiente, coincidimos en el check-out. Otra vez borde. Cuando le pregunté por qué no me había llamado, me dijo que su turno acabó a las 4 y media de la tarde. Pero la habitación estaba lista desde las 12 nos dijeron después. Una maleducada, que nos perjudicó a propósito.
