The wi-fi was not great for me. Needed it for work. Often dropped in & out & couldn't access the portals I needed to use. Had to make many a workaround.

Great location for me. Big car park. Separate access up to the 1st floor so you don't have to go through the restaurant & bar. Big bathroom, excellent shower, room very good, great value.

When we stayed the weather was really really hot and the fan struggled to keep one of the rooms cool at night but the other room was fine, just the luck of the draw with the weather and the room getting a lot of sunlight during the day, so nothing major.

Everything was as described and the staff were lovely. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fabulous especially the steaks, well worth the money.

Tables not cleared outside when we went to sit out with a drink early evening but it had been busy and staff were all busy at the time.

We thought the Hotel was lovely and room was clean and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Food excellent and also ate in the restaurant Sun evening which was lovely. Thank you

No evening reception...had to enter via external back stairs...but doors were secure and only opened with key fob.

There was a loud fan running all night that disturbed our sleep. A further charge from breakfast was taken from my card without my consent.... full breakfast and coffee was pre-paid up front. I had to call in to get a refund.

Not a lot, just the room being too hot, however, it was a very hot spell.

The room was great, although it was very hot the second night, the fan helped a bit. The food was good, I was with colleagues and you ran out of cheese and biscuits, which was strange

Having been told I had to leave I advised I had checked for pets and sent email and therefore had a contract with the property thru booking . Com - eventually allowed to stay - but not impressed having checked the box and checked with hotel

Right location had ticked pets allowed and this hotel came up . I also emailed hotel to double check and ask about check in - got standard reply . Was in my room 10 mins when receptionist knocked and said dogs weren’t allowed and I would have to leave .

Tv - could not get ‘terrestrial channels’ asked a member of staff to reset it and she was lovely, but it was no better & couldn’t get BBC or ITV! Quite frustrating … also a dog in next room which barked a bit!!

Didn't like my room 9 as stayed 4 nights and found it bit noisy due to noisy extractor and next to after hour's door . However the lady on reception did move us for last nights stay into great room couldn't have been more helpful and definitely retrieved my decision on future stays

The mattress was awful (hard and stiff, woke up with back pain every morning), nothing to do with the hotel but a personal preference on mattress. Again, not the hotels fault.
