Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. CanadaVery clean facilities and the room is gorgeous. One of the best place we stayed at in Scotland! Very close by restaurants and the reception (Ivana) is very friendly. She recommended many local restaurants and even recommended so much places to visit in Scotland! My boyfriend and I are driving through the whole country and her recommendations helped us plan our trip better😊. The breakfast is exceptional as well. Perfect for before we hike Conic Hill! 100% would recommend. There are no hotel parking but there is a parking building beside it and the hotel will give you a discount if you give them your parking ticket. 100% recommended!

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. From a location perspective, all buses and the train station are walking distance while only a short walk from the river. The accommodation was excellent, but the people made our stay exceptional. A special thanks to Ivana (from Serbia), whose advice for Glasgow and the Scottish countryside were perfect. Thank you.

The location was perfect for city centre but quiet at night. Had a very friendly welcome and no hassle settling in. The room was big, clean and tidy with everything we needed. The bathroom was clean. Huge walk in shower and loveky Arran toiletries. Cannot fault anything. Had breakfast, and it was excellent with lots of choice. The parking arrangement is excellent too and so close to the hotel with discount too. All in all it was excellent and I highly recommend this hitel if you are staying in Glasgow. PolandWe had an early bus the morning after our stay - we tried to contact the hotel a couple of times on the days prior to our arrival to find out about breakfast hours. We managed to have a quick breakfast before leaving, but we only found out about the hours after our arrival.
Big room with huge comfortable bed. Easy check in and overall good experience in the hotel. We arrived late (after 9pm) and left early in the morning, but we had no complains during our stay. The breakfast a la carte with buffet area was great with phenomenal service.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and we were agreeably surprised at the size of the room. The breakfast was excellent and we liked that it was cooked for one individually rather than the common practice of being kept warm as a buffet.

In room 113, the fridge door didn't close properly, the small mirror in the bathroom didn't have a light (very useful for putting make up on) and the small buttons at the headboard were a bit chipped. Like I said, just the fine details, otherwise a very pleasant, nicely decorated room.
All staff was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the accommodation and the location of the hotel as well.

It was just great. We arrived so late (as our train had been delayed) but the hotel were so kind to give us a late checkout until 1pm, which was so appreciated.
