Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were put in room 006 a disabled room (not sure why ) there was lots of rust around the shower chair and the grab rails and it had a bit of a smell to the room. Bed and pillows not particularly comfortable but it was ok for 1 night

United KingdomLocation - there is a fair amount of noise from the bin collection area in the morning- maybe upgrade the windows on the first floor to provide more sound insulation. My room was 108 - facing the back of the hotel. Not a major issue, just a little annoying.
Value for money is off the scale! Room very comfy and clean.

United KingdomThe disabled parking bay outside the hotel, two nights I had to park in the bay next to the fruit tree. The branches were overhanging the bay and made it difficult to get out of my carr. Perhaps the tree could be cut back? As this was the last disabled bay I had no choice but to park In that space..
Everyone was very helpful. One young lady particularly stood out going the extra mile, thank you Eiyesia for making our stay enjoyable. Couple that with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower, both my wife and I enjoyed the mini break.

United KingdomBasic facilities in the room. No teaspoon just one wooden stirring stick! No glasses in the room either. When I asked if I could take a couple of glasses from downstairs I was told that I shouldn't but they did turn a blind eye to it.
