Nothing at all to complain about, but I'm not a fusspot.

Convenient location for central Manchester. Transport options are nearby Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and efficient. This is a good option, I recommend and would book again without hesitation.

The Wifi was poor and almost always disconnected, it kept switching me to my mobile network. The room was dusty, I even noticed dust on the teaspoons. A kettle and tea bags/coffee were provided, but there were no biscuits, which was a bit disappointing, as I had to go to the shop for a quick snack when I arrived. One night the air conditioner started dripping for no reason and made noise on the floor, though the staff were helpful and provided an extra towel for it.

Superb location, everything you need is just a few minutes walk away. The room is soundproofed. I was worried it might be noisy because of the city centre location, but it was quiet and peaceful. There’s a hair dryer in the room.

It was clean and centrally located. As a single woman, I felt safe in the hotel. I had the breakfast included. It was served in the Novotel next door and it was more than excellent. It was a very good value.

30 pounds for a bottle of plonk!! Come on !! Robbery...the resturaunt down the rd only charged 24 pounds!

On the site it says that there is parking available, what it doesnt specify is that you have to pay almost £40 for ONE night (for parking). To be fair, there was a discount they offered us but i believe it was only for 10/15% off. Also, our checkout was at 12pm on a Sunday, we were leaving earlier so we weren’t caught in traffic on the way home. My partner had to collect his car about 20 minutes away from the hotel - we were not paying a stupid amount for parking especially considering we were there for three days. so we went elsewhere. It was 11:20 and our keycards to get both in and out of the hotel stopped working so we had to get a cleaner to let us in, all of our things were already packed and we were ready to go, HOWEVER, checkout was at 12pm and we paid for the entire three days, id expect that not to be an issue. Especially considering we had no warning with this.

The hotel itself was fantastic and the staff were lovely.

Mattress has sunk and not so comfortable. Can clearly hear noises from the street outside. Waited a few minutes for the front desk staffs when we checked out early in the morning

Great location. Great rooms and facilities overall. The network in the room was poor - so much so that the tv regularly didn’t work. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Shower was like a trickle so difficult to wash. Room could have done with some upkeep, like dirty marks on walls etc.

It was cold, especially at night. But I guess your radiators are not on at this time of year.

Generally I was happy and all was well. I did not have breakfast so cannot comment about it. I was also less than 5 mins walk from the venue of the event I was going to, so it was great. It was clean.

Carpet in room looked as though it could do with a clean or replaced, few marks. Paid extra for a late check out for housekeeping to still bang the door down at normal check out time.

For purpose of my visit, perfect location, had sir cooling in the room that was needed.

No worries on arrival. Checked in no problem. Room available 2 hours prior to advertised time. Room nicely presented everything you need for a night away. Well placed for all venues.

Clean and comfortable the deco was open and welcoming! The staff were kind and friendly plus the room was of a good size and the shower was fab!

The only thing we didnt like was the beds, they arnt very comfortable and a bit too hard compared to other hotel beds. We had come from another Ibis hotel in liverpool and they were the same.
