Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Convenient location for central Manchester. Transport options are nearby Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and efficient. This is a good option, I recommend and would book again without hesitation.

United KingdomThe Wifi was poor and almost always disconnected, it kept switching me to my mobile network. The room was dusty, I even noticed dust on the teaspoons. A kettle and tea bags/coffee were provided, but there were no biscuits, which was a bit disappointing, as I had to go to the shop for a quick snack when I arrived. One night the air conditioner started dripping for no reason and made noise on the floor, though the staff were helpful and provided an extra towel for it.
Superb location, everything you need is just a few minutes walk away. The room is soundproofed. I was worried it might be noisy because of the city centre location, but it was quiet and peaceful. There’s a hair dryer in the room.

United KingdomOn the site it says that there is parking available, what it doesnt specify is that you have to pay almost £40 for ONE night (for parking). To be fair, there was a discount they offered us but i believe it was only for 10/15% off. Also, our checkout was at 12pm on a Sunday, we were leaving earlier so we weren’t caught in traffic on the way home. My partner had to collect his car about 20 minutes away from the hotel - we were not paying a stupid amount for parking especially considering we were there for three days. so we went elsewhere. It was 11:20 and our keycards to get both in and out of the hotel stopped working so we had to get a cleaner to let us in, all of our things were already packed and we were ready to go, HOWEVER, checkout was at 12pm and we paid for the entire three days, id expect that not to be an issue. Especially considering we had no warning with this.
The hotel itself was fantastic and the staff were lovely.
