It just needs new kitchen towels and a table cloth.

The cottage was super comfy and clean. Easy check in, great response time from the host, very good location, available parking. we also liked the fact it was very quiet and the surroundings offered a lot of options for different activities outdoor. We just loved it and hope to come again!

The photos cannot prepare you for such a place. We were amazed from the first moment. Unbelievably quiet house with beautiful garden full of flowers in bloom, beautiful surroundings and a fantastic view from the terrace. Fully equipped apartment with everything we needed. One of the best places we've visited so far.

Beautiful property. Spacious cottage! Loved the small town. Owners put a lot of time researching places to go, eat , cycle, visit… even for folks who didn’t have a car. Very nicely done. Nice to have laundry facilities on site too. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy.

I wish we had known about the stairs BEFORE we booked. I appreciated the heads-up from our host before we arrived, but we have physical limitations that made it very painful to navigate a partially circular set of stairs like those and to drag our luggage up and down. Other than that, it was amazing.

Loved the pans, dishwasher, lovely setting, and homey touches like the well-equipped kitchen. Our hosts left us yummy cookies and lots of ideas for things to do in the area. The grounds were full of huge, old-growth trees, and we had recycling facilities!

Everything about the property was good….tastefully appointed and great kitchen facilities. The 5 berth was tight for 5 adults but we knew there were bunk beds and a double bed and the price reflected this…..better for family with children.

Leaving was a bit of a bummer!

Spotlessly clean, comfiest beds (best sleep I've ever had on vacation), very cozy accomodation with everything you could possibly need. Good wifi. The location is exceptional with killer views from the front garden, under an hour driving to Glen Coe hiking paths, some half-hour driving to Oban ferry to Mull for daytrips, and lovely walks right around Taynuilt (Riverside Walk much recommended, it's easy and very pleasant). Neighbours across the little road behind the property were also lovely and let us give the bottle to their orphaned lambs 🤩 Do not miss Kilchurn Castle nearby. The castle ruin is very cool and highland coos are just roaming around (no worries they are very chill) without hords of tourists!

What a lovely place! A quiet spot in beautiful gardens in a great village with lots of walks nearby. We stayed in rose cottage - everything was very well thought out - including the motion activated night light in the hallway, and there was lots of detailed information provided by the hosts. The kitchen had everything we needed. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

One week was not enough to enjoy the neighbourhood, we will definitely come back😀

Great location to relax and forget about everyday duties. Spacious apartment, equipped with all needed utensils. Comfortable beds, fresh eggs at the reception, close to the beach/pier, we spent a lot of time flying kites as the wind was quite good most of the time, fantastic mountain views from the apartment and garden, very good communication with the owners. Simply Bonawe's hidden gem. Thank you.

This was a very comfy place- and the location is stunning. There’s so much to do in and around Taynuilt- especially if you enjoy hiking and nature, golf, etc… Graham’s Grocer in town is fantastic and the kitchen at Bonawe is well-equipped for cooking. I really appreciated the property’s commitment to being green.

V little I did not like, it was as I was expecting. Minor issues, tongs and small saucepan, and carving fork would be nice

Spacious, and 2 bathrooms, though the shower room v small.
