One lift was out of operation. Had to wait for ages for the lift to arrive in the morning.

I checked in at around 6pm. The two ladies on reception were fantastic. They were efficient, cheerful, friendly and helpful. A lovely welcome.

The view from floor 23 was great. The pool was light and airy, and well-equipped with jacuzzi, sauna etc.

I would have liked a smart TV with apps as well as live TV, I also had to ask a couple of times for a robe

The only thing was the ventilation of the room, the modern building with wall to wall windows doesn’t offer an option to crack open a window or such. So we invested in a humidifier. The breakfast needs more options with cheese and etc. The staff at the breakfast were lovely. The bath tub got clogged twice even after taking care of it by maintenance.

The location is great. The staff is great especially Mr. Mohamnad at the reception who was very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly. He was always trying to make us feel at home, and always helped with a cheerful attitude. Also, Ms. Kinza who was also friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, provided bottles of water every day, had a nice view, and excellent air conditioning. We had dinner at the restaurant i think ‘aura’ and it was amazing, were helped by Mathew, who was an excellent host, gracious , and friendly. Even offered me a cold and hot drinks to make up for a misunderstanding made by the kitchen about my meal order.

Only threw things weren't quite right. The hot tap on the shower made the walls vibrate very loudly. I called prior to check in to add my partner to the booking as I was running late. As I had paid online masked of I needed to do anything else. I was informed that £40 damages payment would need to be paid on check in and this would only be done in person. Not great that my gift of a romantic night starts with him having to pay as he got there first, despite a note being added to the booking to charge me not him. Lastly there was a strange crusty stain on the carpet next to the bed, which was a little questionable. Other than that it was lovely

Jacuzzi wasn’t working and it was a 40th bday reception wouldn’t do nothing about it or nothing complimentary . Be careful in ice pool there is a suction part which is not signed or no warning signs around , I got sucked into it and have a very sore back .

Maybe the prices were just a bit expensive.

Had room service and the food was very good and the portions were large. Had food in the hotel bar area and again very fresh and good size portion. Breakfast i felt was expensive but good. My daughter has several food allergies and the staff were very good and worked hard to make sure she was able to eat, this was so good as a lot of places are not good with allergies but the Hyatt were very good.
