Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was unfortunately not the best We have experienced, they have a self serving system that is infuriating and slow due to a lid on pot that you have to lift take food out and put lid back on, So u have all these people eating breakfast all wiring up doing the same thing, you lift a lid, u put it back the person behind you repeats it. So daft, don’t know who thought it up but it does not work.

I was very impressed with the room that I had booked. It was spacious, with plenty of space to hang clothes (and plenty of hangers - nice wooden ones, not mismatching plastic ones I am used to!). The bed was large and comfortable, and everything was incredibly clean. The bathroom was very luxurious, with plenty of toiletries and clean fluffy towels. The hotel, although very near the train station and busy city centre, was very quiet. It was a nice change to have plug sockets and a full length mirror in a convenient place - something not often considered in a lot of hotels. I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience and would definitely book here again.

I like how the hotel staff were accomodating and delightful was met with a smile the moment I arrived and checked out. I also like the value for money for the accomodation My room was spacious and I loved that you can control your airconditioning and it was always cold when I arrived from enjoying the city, unlike others where you have to wait for a good half and hour to make your room cool. The Hyatt keeps your rooms airconditioning on. Breakfast was good for the value you pay and they have a spacious area

United KingdomGreat location just behind the Station in a much re-habbed and improved area of Leeds, This is a new hotel and was well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was very good and not overly busy so a relaxed start to our next day. Leeds Centre has the most compact shopping and entertainment area, easy to walk around since my 1960's schooldays there. The many new apartments in the city centre make for a vibrant all day atmosphere and an unusual number of food stores right in the centre. The Co-op next door to Park Place was handy for in-room breakfast and snacks. My only gripe would be that there was no ceiling lighting, just a series of lamps (bedside/desk etc) and, for some reason, the TV signal in room 113 was poor on BBC 1. Service response was very impressive as one non-functioning lamp was quickly fixed. Thanks to Sam for friendly and professional check-in. Good value for money for first class hotel.
