United KingdomI did not like having to pay extra for my dog when I checked in. I clearly booked a dog friendly van but wasn't told that I had to pay extra for the dog until I arrived - so too late to change my mind. Apart from a small towel and a few dog biscuits ( which my very unfussy dog wouldn't eat) which I had to remind the receptionist to give me , having seen another dog owner being handed them, I have no idea what the extra charge was for.

A lovely lodge with absolutely stunning views from the balcony. We were very impressed with the kids entertainment and facilities. Our three year old always had something fun to keep him occupied!

United KingdomDid not like our accommodation we booked a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom caravan the 2 bedroom was lovely nice and fresh had a few issues with it though it kept tripping and the shower was not good someone came out to fix it and said pipes were the wrong way round 😕 , the 3 bedroom was awful there was a lot of issues with that one as soon as we opened the door it was stinking the seats were all stained there were cobwebs in the hall door handle of the toilet was broken the bin in the kitchen had no lid the vent in the kitchen was manky a few other issues compared to the 2 bedroom I was very disappointed went to reception and showed them the picture and they just gave me a piece of paper with a email address to send them the pictures I emailed them and still haven't heard anything from them, I asked if we could get moved and they said they are all full when we handed back the keys I said about my caravan and got told that was a old caravan and it is dog friendly ( so was the 2 bedroom one) I wasn't very happy also there was rubbish under our caravan from the people before us dirty nappies and breast pads 😞

United KingdomOnly thing I'd say was missing was a gift shop. There is a wee nisa on site but not much to chose from to take home little gifts etc.
We had a family weekend Friday to Monday - absolutely loved this wee break. The kids had an absolute blast. The caravan was spotless & beautiful. Two toilets which was a bonus & towels etc provided. Restaurant for eating was lovely & the wee snack bar etc for food & drink was great too. The activities for kids & the entertainment was brilliant. Couldn't get better they were fantastic with the little ones. Live wrestling on the Saturday, Panto on the Sunday. Every night bingo, tot bot, fun factory and cove crew etc. With your live music and disco. Was absolutely brilliant. I could go on but honestly what a great little spot to have a break.
