Exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodation. Nice quiet and peaceful location. Hosts were lovely and welcoming and there was very nice breakfast selection.

Richmond was a ^bit^ windy on this visit - but that wasn't in control of the owner and great views normally come with steep hills - at least i wasn't driving down the steep hill on ice in the winter!

I was unexpectedly looking for a room in Richmond and was lucky to find such a last minute option. Mark was super helpful and went out of his way - genuinely appreciated. Great location with view over towards Richmond. Slept soundly in a nice room after a great warm shower. Breakfast was also great.

It was excellent well presented. Not greasy and the service was excellent. The host Mark could not do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely rate it as 5 star.

Host required us to remove shoes on entry. Not a problem but no seat available to help.

Location was a surprise. Up quite a steep hill but fairly near the town. Breakfast was lovely.

Mark was a superb host and his home is a delight. The space is fantastic with lots of natural light and privacy and very comfortable. Mark goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. There was coffee and hot chocolate and biscuits at our arrival and the breakfast was outstanding (he is an excellent cook).

Mark made us feel very welcome and was a great host. Very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and in a good location near town centre. We liked the open seating area, a perfect place to relax with views over the countryside, with a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. We would definitely return.

Excellent hosts, great location from which to explore Richmond on foot. Spotlessly clean and immaculate spacious room with separate lounge area. Great breakfast. Quiet residential cul-de-sac with easy on street parking right outside the property. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely stay in the House On The Hill. It was extremely comfortable and very clean, with all the facilities you needed. The breakfast was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Hosts are so lovely and we were made to feel at home. The bed was so comfortable and breakfast was excellent. There is nothing they have not thought of and it exceeds all expectations. Will definitely stay again when visiting family in this area,.
