More attention to cleaning,

Bed was comfortable, bathroom and sheets, towels were clean. Good value for money, my room was at the back and very quiet. The hotel is in the process of being refurbished and my room was a bit tatty, TV remote could have done with a clean and previous occupants had killed some insects which were still stuck to ceiling and wall and had not been removed. The bathroom was brand new.

It was quite hot in the room, we couldn't really open the windows because of the scaffolding. Same with the bathroom. The walls are quite thin. We knew that we would hear the traffic, but didn't expect to also hear the next rooms.

I liked the location. 10- 15 min walk to the underground station. The food was good. There were a few options to choose from. Not too much, but it was enough for me. The desserts changed day to day. That's also a plus. Most of the staff were nice. The room was simple, but we had what we needed.

I had to ask for basic items: a second pillow, a hand towel (I was only given one bath towel initially), teabags (I was given one teabag for a two-night stay) which I would have expected to be in my room.

It was useful to be able to leave my luggage earlier in the day, before checking-in time.

Poor quality furniture - bedside table was wobbly and my drink spilt. Layout not well thought through - kettle had to be put on the floor to reach the socket, or on the wobbly bedside tables.

Traffic was a bit noisy. Passing sirens from emergency services on a regular basis. Passable provided the window was closed. Not the fault of the hotel.

Staff were very accommodating and polite. I was able to safely store my luggage at the hotel when I arrived earlier than my check-in. The room was the perfect size for my short stay, bathroom was clean. The location was just a stones throw away from the city centre.

Not very clean, could see stains in multiple places. Also, the sink was clogged for the entire stay which was very annoying. Shower water temperature was not constant. Checkin at 3pm

Shower was poorly designed; could not stop water going outside of the cubicle and all over the floor; a mess to clear up. A shame that both twin beds didn't have their own bedside light. A shame there was no decaf tea or coffee.

very good various breakfast in a renovated part of hotel. very plasent personal. good localization, my room was ok but it was double and I was alone so it might by qute tight for two, but cleaning every day. I would consider for my next stay.

My room number eight in 67 didn’t have a table or a chair so I had to sit on the bed with my laptop, which is not ideal!

It had a really comfy bed. My room was at the back of the property so there was no street noise which was perfect. Wi-Fi was okay. My booking wasn’t showing on the system, but the staff member worked through it with me and got me into my room as soon as possible. it was clean. great location in Hammersmith near lots of shops and eateries plenty of public transport to get around!

The sink in the bathroom was TINY! You couldn't use it without water getting everywhre. There were no shelves to put anything in the bathroom or anywhere to hang towels. The room could do with at least a mini fridge (it doesnt have to be stackd) but at lease somewhere to keep a drink cool.

Transport was good, bus stop immidiately outside hotel to get to hospital, shops etc.. The room was clean and nice and bright, we were also offered room service on the second day. The shower space was good and the shower worked well.

The person who did the room service left the windows open and the central heater was off when I came back to the room. Was freezing cold in Dec. And the staff didn’t care. I booked this room over other hotels for the sole purpose of getting warm inside. (Heating system).

Room could use some new carpet - especially that leading to the bedrooms - that would make the whole place feel more modern - same as carpet in the rooms - but it was clean at least -

Great location - 10 mins walk from shepherd’s bush tube station - lots of food places around - good road parking of your after 1800 and on a weekend its free so thats brilliant- nice area feels safe and well looked after

All good for the price and location.

The property is under renovation, but that didn’t detract from my experience. You get quite a lot for a 2 star hotel - I had a good size room with a queen bed, a new and very clean bathroom, very comfy bed, a fridge and a window overlooking the courtyard. The room itself was tired, but totally functional. Very lovely staff when I asked for some extras they helped with a big smile.

Noise from the people in the room next door was not great - luckily the first few nights of my stay I had considerate neighbours but the last night sadly wasn’t the same ( I was on the top floor). The shower literally hangs from the ceiling in the shower cubicle so if you don’t want to get your hair wet you need to squidge yourself in the far corner before you turn it on One pillow was a nightmare both for sleeping on and propping myself up to watch the small TV

Great location - close to my daughter’s uni accommodation and not far to central London. I felt secure and safe even though I was in one of the hotels many ‘other’ buildings ( a few doors down from the main hotel) A fridge in the room was absolutely lovely. A hand towel would have been nice but the small bath /shower towel doubled up as a hand and bath/shower towel. My room bins was emptied daily ( 3 night stay) and a clean bath/shower towel laid out - however I would have liked to have had the opportunity to opt for a dont need my room cleaned/unnecessary washing doing. One toilet roll is all you get - despite a new towel arriving on your bed daily so you need to consider this.

Nice quiet stay for a single traveller. The location is excellent, not too hectic, but also not too far from the action.
