We had our own reserved parking space the room was well equipped and comfortable bed. The Horncliffe is bang in the centre of Seahouses.

Horncliffe was a lovely place to stay. Great room, exceptionally appointed very clean and tidy. Communication with the owner was very straightforward and the information provided was easy to follow. Great location in the centre of Seahouses. Would recommend to anybody. Owner went out of her way to rebook our stay when we couldn’t make our original date. Thanks Debbie. Hope to visit again some day.

We where delighted with our room very spacious ensuite was also big lots of extras hand-wash body lotion etc .Good quality bedding also big thick white fluffy towels Room also had a decent size fridge.

We had a slight problem getting into the property. But only because I never read instruction on an email. Easily resolved after pressing a bell. No food available but we had a nice breakfast across the road in a cafe. The room and bathroom were spotless, bed huge and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property. Great value for money.

Did not have breakfast location was excellent the host was so helpful friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless very tastefully decorated everything you need attention to detail on all aspects. Bathroom was roomy and bright and clean would not hesitate in staying here again . Comfy bed. Good location. Plus points re room were the small fridge, a sofa to sit on, spacious modern bathroom with extra touches ie cotton buds, make-up pads & tissues in addition to the normal toiletries provided.

The only thing was no full length mirror in the room

The room was extremely clean, the host Debbie was very helpful and kind. Lovely comfortable bed, great to have a fridge in the room. Quiet location, slept really well.

The location is excellent: the property is near the bus stop and supermarket and within walking distance of the bay, shopping area, and beach. The bathroom facilities are clean and neat. The furniture is lovely, and the pictures tell us about this place and its beautiful nature. The amenities are also favourable: we enjoyed organic tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, and the bathroom amenities were also nice. The communication with the owner is prompt and very helpful. We hope to return here in future.

The room was large and clean and well decorated with all the necessary equipment. Bathroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being on the road it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room and extremely close to the centre. Was allowed to keep our car parked in the car park on check out day so we could spend time around the town. Friendly owner when had contact with her. Liked the self check in process so not tied to a check in time. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Room was smaller than I imagined and the heater didn't work - not that it was particularly cold but we had wet walking clothes to dry. Fortunately the towel rail did work.

Value for money. Easy access to the property and just what I needed for a two night stay. There was a kettle and tea and biscuits which was a nice touch and soap and shower gel - everything I needed. Easy parking outside. I briefly met Debbie who owns it who was very sweet, I even contacted her by mobile a couple of days before saying I didn't know when I would arrive and she was very chilled about that. There is an easy key safe to check in and out of the property. It was relatively quiet given it is on a main street of Seahouses. There are no views to speak of though I did not expect that given the price and location.
