The property was extremely clean and well equipped. The towels linen and complementary toiletries smelled lovely. Jock and Katie were friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. They stocked the fridge with local bacon, sausages, butter, chocolate, milk, two bottles of drink, also bread, eggs, tea and coffee. We really felt at home. The shower was fast and hot. The bed comfortable. Outside seating if weather permits pretty and private. Would definitely stay again.

It's hard to find anything we didn't like.

Without a doubt, this was the best holiday cottage that we have ever stayed at. It was spotless and so well equipped. A fantastic conversion, and Katie and Jock were great hosts.

Would have liked to have a longer stay!

Beautiful, quiet location and a beautiful property, including a fantastic outdoor space. We loved that there was safe parking as we had motorcycles with us. Amazingly clean, with everything you could possibly need, including some fantastic provisions to save us needing to find a shop as soon as we arrived. Loved it!

This was a fantastic stay for our easter break to North Norfolk. The apartment was a perfect and comfy base for our exploration of the countryside. Jock and Katie were incredible hosts. The apartment was spotless, the fridge was stocked with vegan and non vegan items, as well as Easter treats left on the side! They also gave us good recommendations for pubs in the local area. I would highly recommend a stay at Horatio's for anyone planning a trip to North Norfolk!

I loved the facilities, the location, and the hosts. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and they put a few little lovely bits in the fridge and cupboard to get me started. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom well equipped, as well as the apartment being a comfortable temperature.

The instruction for us to arrive were very helpful, we were greeted and shown the accommodation which was excellent. The hosts made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Great location for looking around North Norfork.

We were so well looked after and made to feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was beautiful and we enjoyed our own comfortable seating are in a beautiful little garden for our own use. An excellent location for exploration and lovely nearby beach too.

It is a nice cottage for two people with a private outdoor area in a great location to explore the north and eastern part of Norfolk. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the hosts provided all that was needed for an English breakfast the first morning.
