Wonderful location and the lodge had everything we needed, including a lovely welcome pack and added extras for our baby. Communication with the hosts was excellent, we had such a lovely time and would definitely return.

Fabulous location, quiet with a lovely outlook onto the 14th green. Lodge was clean and homely with added extra touches such as toiletries, games, plenty of towels and a well equipped kitchen.

The ‘Honeybee Lodge’ is an amazing property to stay! It is clean, homely and very modern! The breakfast items, prosecco , sweets and chocolate biscuits were an amazing bonus and loved by the children and us!

Quiet location, view of the golf course and also playing the course. Facilities were excellent and the Lodge was spotlessly clean, bright and airy. Comfortable sofa and bed.

Where to start as this place is a total gem! Great hosts offered excellent communication from start to finish. This ‘bee-utiful’ themed lodge is well presented throughout with a well equipped kitchen, and the utility room is a big bonus complete with washing machine. Living area has great views, with the added bonus of Netflix for those darker evenings for cosy nights in. Bedrooms are very comfortable with access to a shower room from twin room & bath tub from the double. Plenty hot water too. All in all this is the perfect home away from home in a quiet, peaceful area of the park with lovely views to the rear. The welcome gift was amazing & very unexpected. We even got some Easter treats to see us through the weekend. Thank you so much to Pauline & Shaun, we’ve had the best time.

That I couldn't stop for longer

Came for a relaxing weekend with my husband. Found it okay from email directions. On entering smelt clean and looked clean. Loved the complimentary slippers and the food welcome pack. Everything was spot on. Absolutely no complaints and I'm a bit of a karen

Cosy and very homely, the hosts decorated the lodge with Christmas decs which made it feel very festive during our Christmas stay. They also left us a very generous welcome baskets with some very nice things in for both adults and children than you Pauline and Shaun you made our stay most enjoyable 🤩

Everything - it was perfect.. excellent quality bedding, towels etc. Everything a family of 4 would need to cook full meals during their stay. Wonderfully quiet, cosy, warm, great view of wildlife and the 14th hole on the golf course. It truly was perfect for us - thank you for your wonderful hospitality Pauline and Shaun

We liked everything,because there is nothing not to like,it is just perfect,I can honestly say it’s the nicest lodge we have ever stayed in,and the attention to detail is impeccable,our 2nd time there this year and we will definitely be back

Pull out bed not comfy . Mattress to thin, tried couch cushions but to bumpy. We would come again just less people so pull out not needed. Would be good if shop or entertainment was at reception house, specially for townies like us Sadly the bowling wasn't available for the children but they did have access to tennis court, wet weekend though so didn't use it

The lodge was lovely, lots of extra treats which were really appreciated. All fixed beds comfortable. Washing machine, plenty of home from home type items. Lovely and clean . Friendly staff at reception house. Nice kids park and walks good for summer weather Lovely view, very peaceful
