There were clear instructions for fire and was a fire extinguisher there which was good, but would also have liked a fire rope.

Great location, close to city center, yet quiet and good distance to the park. The storm Floris made its mark outside, but completely quiet in the flat so slept through it. Esthetically really nice in the flat, very clean. Enough hot water for all family members to shower. Extra plus that you could easily adjust the temperature in the flat. Really comfortable beds and couch. The layout of the flat is good. Did not miss any facilities and had no problem finding things. Loved the spacious kitchen and living room! Great communication with the host. The private parking was also a big plus. Would definitely stay at the same place again and recommend it for others!

Comfortable and clean apartment with all amenities needed for our 4 night stay in Aberdeen. In a great location for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Aberdeen centre is in walking distance but there is also a bus stop right outside the door with efficient service. Parking space was really useful and only a short drive to ring road for heading out of the city north or south.

The property was exactly as described by other reviewers: a well-equipped, spacious apartment with super comfortable beds and all the amenities needed for a home away from home. The WiFi worked well, and the location was both central and quiet. The dedicated car parking space was a bonus. The owner was incredibly responsive, and communication was excellent. Overall, we loved our stay!

The bathroom door did not close properly. We could not get the DVD player to work. The hall mirror fell off the wall. It is very heavy and probably needs more secure hanging system.
